My pizza was delivered looking like it had been dropped and ripped and fingers had been put in it. The other one wasn’t cut. We literally called the store 3 times, were continually put on hold, they originally told us they couldn’t remake it until we called and demanded it multiple times, because what?? The people that work here are rude and dismissive and act like we’re the problem when our FOOD that we paid for was delivered like this. I really do not like to complain as someone who previously worked in food, but this is unacceptable.

This white manager was unbelievably rude from the moment I walked in. She refused to let me use the bathroom that’s literally right there in the lobby, claiming it’s “employees only,” which makes zero sense. Another employee was kind enough to help me get access anyway, and when I came out, she suddenly decided she “won’t serve me” and tried to cancel my order like she had some kind of power trip going on.
The funniest part? She didn’t even know my name. I sent my friends in instead, and she magically turned into the sweetest person ever—gave them free 2.5L drinks on top of it. So basically, she was just being rude for no reason. Pathetic.

Your pizza was so fresh and delicious, and it really hit the spot! The service was great too. I realized afterward that I forgot to leave a tip, but please know you truly deserved it. I’ll definitely make it up to you next time. Thanks for making my meal so enjoyable!

Pretty solid location. Pizza usually arrives within 30 minutes, hot and fresh. Sometimes they take a bit longer and the pizza is not as warm. The delivery staff are great!

Extremely unprofessional service. I was told by a store employee that I would receive a call upon delivery, but the driver never called. I waited an additional 40 minutes, only to later find out the food had been sitting there the entire time.
I attempted to call the driver five times and each call went straight to voicemail after two rings. When I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Joey, I was told that because the order was already paid for, the driver was correct to simply leave the food without contacting me.
This is unacceptable and not how delivery service should be handled. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a dismissive response from management made this a very disappointing experience.

The driver on the bike didn’t even bring my order to my front door. After being buzzed in the driver just left it on the ground outside inside of taking it to my apartment door. My chocolate cakes were also smushed inside the box. I gave a 25% tip. I wish my food delivery could’ve been better for that.

Domino’s Pizza North Grant excellent location Denver Colorado Capitol Hill area. Fav #1 Garlic parm pizza sauce on a pan with pepperoni sausage and black olives is the bomb -dot com. Please enjoy everybody safely and responsibly. Fav #2 garlic parm pepperoni sausage black olives.
Fav No.3 o.c. garlic parm sauce. pepperoni ,black olives ,extra cheese. Chicken Parm pasta is great Not sure why it had so many Cornicione’s? But used to check for those and pop them before they ever came out I’m not sure if they’ve gotten off track with their protocol? Ref 7/24/2023 photo.

I went in to buy my pizza that I had placed on line and witnessed a manager.Have to hand my cashier once out of his pocket without gloves And also proceeding right after to make a pizza without washing his hands as I was leaving the cashier lady aswell with said manager was also making pizzas on the make table neither washed hands. Also the finish cut table guy did not have gloves and was in between on his phone and cutting to boxing pizzas. Please tell me this is not the new standard. You realize how nasty money is, correct? It wasn’t even busy wait time was 12 to 14 minutes.. pull your cameras you will see.

I normally dont give reviews but this time I had too. I purchased a large pizza for my family, ask if I could wash my hands, this weird looking woman named Joey yelled No its for employees only. I stated the bathroom is 2 feet from where im standing I jus wanted to wash my hands. She yelled again No! Asked for a manger she said Your looking at her.
