Usually we’re pleased. However, our recent order was given to us burnt and not made correctly. We had to trash 12 of the 16 pieces! We should’ve checked the order before we left and will in the future. Guess we got spoiled having had orders made correctly in the past. We also ordered spinach feta cheesy bread which was overcooked but we had to eat something. Do better Domino’s!!

Dominoes surprised me. Previously, my first and only experience with the chain was 25 yrs ago and it was disgusting. My kids talked me into delivery tonight.
The pizza was pretty good. Good ingredient distribution and a nice slight garlic taste on the hand crust. I’ll order again. They delivered a hot pizza, quick and ordering online was easy.

Went to get an order out pizza, sat in the lobby to eat it and the dude working went between making pizzas and making out with his girlfriend sitting in the lobby. Honestly really inappropriate display that made me incredibly uncomfortable with how handsy they were being with how much he was touching my food and not washing his hands. Do better???

Used to get fabulous service and pretty decent pizza, but the last 2 delivery orders were really disappointing. One took over an hour to get to us (we’re just a few blocks from the store) and was cold- we weren’t that concerned about it at the time (dinner I didn’t have to make or even leave my living room for is always a win!). However, the last pizza made us swear we’d never order from there again. The crust was absolutely soggy with grease (it wasn’t even a deep dish!), the toppings were wrong, and it had clearly been dropped at some point. I give 2 stars for previously great experiences, but definitely can’t recommend.

We have not ordered from Domino’s in a very long time and unfortunately, we were reminded why last night. The ordering process and communication was amazing. We were updated a couple of times regarding the status of the cooking, then a couple more times as the pizza went out for delivery.
We ordered a 16″ cheese and a Deluxe, which has some basic veggies and meats. The cheese pizza was not good. It was overcooked, and there wasn’t nearly enough cheese. What was there had a weird kind of taste, which I think is just part of their recipe. The Deluxe was more successful with a nice mix of reasonably fresh ingredients, but the onions were very sad looking and tasting.
The deal killer for us is the sauce which tastes a lot like jar spagetti sauce. My wife didn’t like the little kick it has, but she is a wimp about spicy flavors. And the crust is very dough-y, with not enough “bite” to it. It also lacked flavor, although I suspect they assume you will put one of their many sauces on it.
So while the overall experience was really good, the actual pizza wasn’t. I will say it’s a cut above Papa John’s which is right across the highway, but I doubt we will order there again.
Value – it was $61 for 2 – 16″ pies, including tax, delivery and tip. That’s a lot for a chain pizza shop, even if $13 was the delivery fee and tip.

We had a little hiccup with an order a few weeks ago and the manager took amazing ownership of the situation and more than made it right. The driver was incredibly nice when bringing the replacement order. Really grateful for the amazing service.

The reason for the rating of 2 stars is because of the quality of the pizzas I ordered. The prices of the pizzas are practically unbearable. The quality of the pizzas I ordered were far from what I expect from any Domino’s. One of the pizzas was most definitely not cooked, even though I specifically requested both of the pizzas to be baked longer than they would usually bake them. Neither of the pizzas were baked longer than usual and one wasn’t baked for very long at all. The crust and pizza had places where the dough was raw. The pizza made both my friend and me ill, very soon after having consumed it. Due to the fact that it was rather late and I live a little far from this particular location, I didn’t return the pizza. I would have called to tell them the next day, but I didn’t think it would make a difference since they really couldn’t do anything about it, so long after I had ordered the pizza, picked it up, and we consumed a portion of it. Overall, the employees are great. They are friendly and the service is great. I am sure that if I had returned the pizza, they would have replaced it, baked a new one, and honored my specific request while baking the new pizza. The only reason for 2 stars is because the pizzas were not baked to my specific specifications, according to my special request.
