This honestly was a bad experience I usually don’t write these but if I’m paying for a pizza it should be freshly made not a pizza that looked like it sat out and then you just warmed it up. It’s like a hit or a miss sometimes the bring it fresh then there’s times when it’s not. I just want what I paid for freshly made food. Just look at the picture this ain’t fresh and I got it delivery I don’t understand how the food check took 20 minutes and I live across the street. I honestly should have just picked it up

Ordered their new stuffed crust pizza. Thought it might be good. The crust was indeed good. The rest of the pizza, if you can call it that, was not great. Apparently, when you order the new stuffed crust, they take all the cheese from the pizza and put it into the crust, and then give you no sauce or cheese on the actual pizza. More like a dough with pepperoni on it. But they’re a chain and don’t care. Unfortunately, if you live in the Roxborough Park area, it’s your only choice for close by. I’d recommend not going here and getting good pizza somewhere else, like Safeway Totinos, which are way better than this Domino’s pizza.

Just ordered a large thin crust pizza. When I got it home it had no tomato sauce, was really dry, and was cut into 2 inch squares. Tasted horrible. How can this happen? I’ve never had a pizza cut into anything but slices. It’s almost like someone prepared it who had never had a pizza before.
I’ve ordered pizzas online from this location many times and haven’t had a problem before. But this is just weird. Unfortunately it is the only close pizza place to Solstice.
Still, I will have to reconsider ordering again. I understand that mistakes can be made but this is more than just a minor mistake.

Majority of the time, its on point. Like 90% of the time. Arrives hot and fresh. Every so often though, it’s a complete miss. Missing ingredients on their specialty pizzas is incredibly bizarre to see as well as seeing half a normal amount of toppings when you order extra. Once I had to call the store to have them redeliver my order when the tracker said complete and they had not even approached my neighborhood after an hour. The driver was a young kid and arrived clearly stoned.
Disappointing when it happens but again, most of the time, the service and quality is tops.

I recently had a terrible experience at Domino’s due to an extremely rude and incompetent employee whose name was of Logan. He greeted me with a sour attitude, interrupted me repeatedly, and entered my order incorrectly multiple times, while also scoffing at me when I had trouble choosing what I wanted. To be fair I haven’t ordered a pizza from a chain in years, but his impatience was out of pocket. When I finally received my food, it was wrong and he rang out an extra pizza. The employee offered no apology or solution and was rude and defensive when I pointed out the mistakes. This behavior is unacceptable and has left me questioning why he thought he was in the right. Another employee stepped in and allowed me to buy my pizza and leave, but the cashier was very very unprofessional and stated I was the problem.
