We’ve been ordering from here pretty regularly, and it really feels like they’ve fixed the old “burned food” issue they had when they first opened. A couple of times they messed up the delivery, but they made it right right away with great customer service, which I really appreciated. This location has definitely improved a lot since the beginning.
Our most recent order was scheduled online for 5:30 p.m., and it showed up right on time—warm and just how we ordered it. The food overall tasted really good.

Management better get help! Ordered a pizza at 5pm and called at 7:00 when the app showed it was in “quality control” for45 min. The harried girl said it was “probably on its way” but wanted to know if we wanted to cancel the order! She said they were running behind.
After telling her we’d rather know that a pizza was actually coming we decided to wait it out. At 8:15 we finally gave up and called again to cancel but sat in hold listening to the stupid “cheese on cheese” recording for 30 more min only to then have the girl say we can’t cancel because it’s in its way.
Just shut your app down if you can’t deliver on orders placed.

I ordered so many pizzas from this business in Castle rock, but I won’t be anymore.
Waited for a pizza for over three hours.
We talked to management and they told us That we should’ve planned it. Seriously? Unfortunately, as a business, you need to plan better and be ready for customers that are gonna call on busy days. All we got was excuses and they told us no solution, except to cancel the order.. We will not be using this Domino’s again. Terrible management and no customer service skills Whatsoever.

I just wanted to share a really wonderful experience I had with a guy from Domino’s in Castle Rock, Colorado. His name was Ramaj, and honestly, he did such an excellent job that I really felt like I needed to let someone know. He was so thoughtful, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making everything perfect. I think he definitely deserves a shot at a manager role or some kind of promotion because he really stands out.

I ordered pick and when I arrived to pick up our pizzas, poor Maddie was literally the only employee working. Some guy kept walking around but did nothing to help her. She made all of the pizzas, boxed them, answered the phone and checked people out paying for their orders. She did EVERYTHING! The 5 Stars go all to Maddie! Remarkably throughout all of this, our pizzas were basically on time and she was pleasant and customer oriented. I commend her for running the show with efficiency and determination to please the customers. She deserves a raise! I hope this feedback reaches Maddie, she deserves all the recognition. Thank you, Maddie!

Unless you are expecting to wait a hour in a tiny room full of hungry people waiting for their pizza cause this place can’t seem how to make them on time or correct. As you are waiting 20 mins past the time it would be ready when you ordered (30-40 mins) it’s now a hour past and there is no food in oven, still 6-8 orders waiting to be made in front of you. Manger is taking her time over with the dough and on and off her cell phone( I have managed a dominos up in Fort Collins… we had 10x the orders/ traffic and never had this issue) I have told myself over the past 6 months I would stop coming here but since it’s across the street it’s convenient. After tonight I won’t be back. I don’t know if the staff was high tonight or what but how slow they was moving/ how they was talking to each other, as they will not say anything to you when you walk in till you get courage to ask for your food (if it’s actually ready) so don’t expect customer service. Whoever owns this dominos yall need to do better. This is not the standard I knew or pushed when I managed one or would even be able to do by my Owner.

Dominoes is never really good, but this has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. We’ve tried it a few times and it’s always terrible. Just horrible quality. You’d be much better off with literally any other pizza option. Never again!

I manage the homes across the street from this dominoes location and ordered 40 large pizzas to be picked up tonight at 5:45. These guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. I was greeted immediately when I arrived which was 15 minutes before the designated time. The pizzas were all labeled and ready to go! The team was very encouraging to each other as there were clearly other orders besides mine. Thank you SO much, you guys are phenomenal!
