I just ordered $165 worth of pizza and pizza bread from this location. Our extra large extravaganza was smashed and just overall not what I paid for. The GM was more worried about new orders coming in than taking care of the orders that went out and delivered. The GM is requiring us to bring the pizza back and exchange it. The delivery driver saw the pizza and knew it was fubar’ed. The GM was absolutely no help and didn’t care making it right the right way. I will never order from this location again. The GM kept saying we are too busy and backed up just bring it back. I even tipped the delivery driver $40 cash. This honestly is the worst experience I have endured. Regards Jay order 51

Ordered at 11:27 with the app. It said it would be 22-37 minutes. Cool.
It updated at 11:40 saying it was out of the oven and being checked. At 12:17 I texted the app ‘Where is Pizza’ and, being a bot it texted back it’s being checked at 11:40 – so I text it and say ‘that is 37 minutes ago.’ Immediately get a text saying my driver is on the way. He got to the door at 12:37 although the app updated and said my order was completed at 12:30.
Things happen, drivers are doing their best, but lukewarm pizza is not really what we were wanting.
The app offers a free pizza in response to this experience – a refund would’ve been nicer.

I am living on the street since earlier this year. And this is mY FIRST PIZZA this entire time. While it tasted good. I ordered 14″ NY style square cut. I got pan style 12″ pie cut. Proper toppings etc. But really unhappy they didn’t give me what I paid for.

I just received not only a terrible pizza from this location, but also got terrible customer service when I called in to speak to the manager. I did not yell, I merely said I got a terrible pizza. He then said he could refund my money and when I asked if it was worth having another pizza sent to me since this one is awful, he rudely threw the question back in my face.
My order was for a large three topping. Light cheese, EXTRA sauce, sausage, and extra beef. As you can see from the pictures below, there’s almost half the pizza with ZERO toppings at all on it.
I will not be purchasing any more food from this location.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! We had 3 separate occasions where the delivery driver Gary tampered with our food and was very very very rude!!!! The manager Mikey and assistant Joel did nothing about it but offer a free soda and they refused to remake our order. Our food was once smashed, spat in, and burnt 3 different times by the same driver and they never fired him. Cooperate was no help either. If Gary does not like your tips he will retaliate by poisoning your food. Beware of this location!!!! It’s ran by a bunch of kids pretty much and they struggle so bad to hire people that nobody gets fired for this type of behavior.

Ordered online and someone immediately called me and told me it would be an hour and a half before they could deliver. Seemed like they were trying to get me to cancel. What they didn’t tell me was that they were going to make the pizza immediately and let it sit for the hour and a half. Pizza was very obviously left under a heat lamp the whole time. Lukewarm, dry, burnt top. So we waited an hour and a half for hour and a half old food.
Terrible pizza. Recommend you go somewhere else.

This location has had its ups and downs, but in the end having the friendly smiles of the drivers has been a huge part of the delivery process. Our order has an address that can be confusing, which we’ve tried to combat. There are times when we are assigned a new driver and we wonder which location they’ll drive to first.
One driver at this location has become our favorite. Caleb has a unique presence and has made deliveries fun, and something to look forward to. On particularly rough nights it can be awesome to be greeted by his upbeat attitude. He always gets the order right, always greets us at the door with a cheery “Yello!!” and has been amazing. We are always so excited when we see that hes been assigned to the order.
In the end, we always come back for the good food, and the good people.

You call and are places on hold forever. Normally spend between 75-100 not including tip and EVERYTIME it’s something. The commor culprit undercooked pizza,gummy wings or the delivery driver refusing to deliver in the building. Today was the last time ordering from this place. Called to speak to management EMERSON who refused to give his name at first and just unprofessional all together.

I was very impressed by the service provided by Misty. She was very friendly and apologetic for the slight wait on my order, it wasn’t a big deal to begin with but she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She made my pizza exactly how I wanted it, even with all of my additions. Overall, she absolutely made my day and I left with a smile!

OK, i have been a regular customer for years, not only here in CO, but also FL AZ and TX. Very disappointed, what seemed like forever i got consistent pizza and chicken. but the last 2 times I ordered i got the buffalo chicken and look at picture, literally just opened the box to see that. Freaking Gross!!!! man i used to get it loaded with cheese and sauce, but now this, it wasn’t easy because i have gotten great food from domino’s but its time to move on. plenty of other choices. and i don’t think i will ever order from dominos again. were talking on average 1 pizza a week at $10 x 52=1040 plus the management has NOT even acknowledged their role in this awful products, id might listen if they took the lead and followed up. on a positive note the pizza was still edible.
