Must’ve hit ’em on an off night. The service and atmosphere weren’t the issue, I ordered on the app. But the actual pizza was… meh. Very cooked on top but very uncooked on the bottom. If I had an oven I could have fixed that but, I didn’t hence why I ordered out tonight. The price would have been good had I received a cooked product. On a good note, the parm bread bites were delicious.

I ordered 2 large pizzas. The all meat was perfect on a NY crust. I had a veggie thin crust that looked a bit shady when I picked it up but thought I could deal with it, I couldn’t. Way too crispy. My daughter and I order it all the time. I called them and Terrell remembered me and made me a new one which was amazing. Just wanted to thank their team for good customer service

After walking in to what seemed to be a teenage party music so loud I couldn’t hear myself think much less order a older gentleman behind the counter ask if I was here for a pickup as I told him I was here to place an order he rolled his eyes. And scoffed as soon as we ask for the specials. When I asked him to repeat himself because I couldn’t hear him over the music he yelledI already told you! An amazing young man came from behind him it’s not only apologized for his actions he helped us understand the specials and place our order he told us he is unaware of what was wrong that his normal store is not this location I was super bummed because I love this place I always leave super happy in the crew is nothing short of amazing. upbeat smiling and super helpful. This gentleman after making us feel like total crap proceeded to the other end of the kitchen to lean on the wall and tell his coworkers how much he hates taking womens orders because we think we are entitled to special attention. I will be returning to this location as long as I don’t see this gentleman in the window

2/4/2026- I wrote a review last June. I am updating this review before we even order tonight b/c I know for sure you guys will be great!! I don’t know what changed almost a year ago, but it is still working!! We are never disappointed! Even when we leave special instructions, you always see it and always do it. I LOVE our local Dominos!! We are very lucky that you are the ones that deliver to us!! I wanna cry happy tears because this staff honestly cares about their jobs and their customers and you just don’t find that much anymore. I love you guys!! Never met you, but appreciate you a lot!! We will be ordering tonight!!

I am sorry I didn’t write your name down, I hope they can tell somehow! Everything was perfect and I appreciate the effort you all did to make up for my past order. Food was great, it arrived on time and the driver was nice too. I usually have a great experience when ordering from this store. When they do make a mistake, they make up for it. I am very lucky to live in the area of a store that really cares about their food and their customers!! THANK YOU STAFF!!
I don’t know if you changed managers or got a pep talk, or whatever happened, but the past few months have been AWESOME!! Delivery has been on time, drivers have been great people!! Food has been SO GOOD!! Even the website has been better! It used to be a pain to order online sometimes, but I haven’t had any trouble lately. Our orders have been correct. Lava cakes have powdered sugar on them again. Portions have been perfect!! If I could give you 10 stars, well… !!! This crew really has their stuff together. Thank you so much for making our dinner enjoyable!!

June 1 2025. Haven’t been to this location in a while, but everything was made as I ordered. Nothing was missing, cooked well done as requested. Made within 15min after ordering in-store pickup from the app. In and out of the store within 3min. The customer service was as it should be.

I ordered my pizza 40 minutes prior to arriving at the store and they hadn’t even started my order I got there and he said they were backed up I looked at how many orders they had their was maybe four tickets there with one pizza coming out of the oven I used to worked at Pizza Hut and I would have made 50 pizzas in that amount of time there’s no excuse for this I’ll be surprised if they stay in business it just doesn’t work if you make pizzas that slow you can’t even make pizzas fast enough to stay in business. No excuse for that
