I ordered two pizzas this past Saturday, and they were made perfectly and ready on time. When I arrived around 10:30 PM, there was only one gentleman working and I was genuinely impressed by his calm, fast paced, and professional attitude.
His name was ***Jamon*** (I hope I’m spelling that right). He handled everything on his own! From taking orders and working the register to making pizzas, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile on his face. That kind of dedication and work ethic is rare these days, and it truly stood out.
I made sure to tip him well for his hard work, and I want to thank him for being such an amazing part of our neighborhood Domino’s. We need more employees like him!
I’ll be checking back in a month or two to see if he’s gotten the raise he deserves. If not, I’ll be reaching out to corporate because handling the kitchen and customer service solo like that is nothing easy! Thank you Jamon! (P.S anyone would be lucky to have you work for them, keep it up! You’re gonna go places)

Understand holidays can be busy, but a 3 hour wait and I still never get my pizza? Have decency to call and say the order can’t be fulfilled. Placed order at 630 pm, quality check at 7:17 (supposedly) and tried calling the store around 8 just to get the closed message. At 9:18 it showed “delivered” lies! Do better.

First off, my one small philly pizza was supposed to be delivered within 45 minutes and I live less than two miles from dominos. It took twice the time, and don’t bother trying to call the store because I’ve still been on hold for over 25 minutes now to get answers. What a rip off. My pizza was cold and shriveled. As top ten percent Google restaurant reviewers, I was very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Spent $40 on 1 pizza, delivery fee, and tip. Waited an hour. Was told they only have 1 driver. Waited another 40 mins. Pizza showed up cold. Driver Jorge was rude and lied to my face. Liliana laughed it off and told me I should have called. They won’t give you your money back either. Only a credit towards your next order with them. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.

Gave my order to the wrong people. Instead of telling me what was going on they tried to have me stand there while putting a new order in the oven. Refuse to offer any number for customer service or corporate. Offered no apology or way of correcting there mistake.

Online experience was alright, ordered my food and everything was going well until the delivery time kept changing and then at one point it said the website was down and they were having technical difficulties after the fact that I put my credit card in and it went through. I waited almost an hour and a half for a Pick Up, I was gonna get it delivered but thought pick up was gonna be fast but I was wrong. When I got to the store nobody helped me until I asked for help even though the workers were just standing around. When I got my pizza I drove straight home because I had to feed my family not even thinking I should check my food. Got home and my pizza was all flipped in my box the other one was supposed to be a extravaganza pizza but the toppings seemed like they were just thrown on there and all 3 of my pizzas seemed like they were not even cooked all the way. Worst experience ever!!!!

STOP HIRING DUMB TEENAGERS. Do not recommend. Ordered pizza at 8 pm, when i checked the app it was delievered (it was around 8:30. I had asked to pay in cash but i had no way of contacting them. I called THIS store where i ordered from and they continued to hang up on me. This isn’t the first instance, this store consistently does not help. about 20 minutes later i get a call from the driver who said he’s having trouble finding my unit but by that time i ordered from somewhere else. He got angry and said “yeah well out systems are down.” its not that hard for the people at the store to answer and ACTUALLY TELL ME. I cancelled the order of almost 100 dollars. never again. Never had issues with drivers finding my place, this last driver slowed down right outside, marked as delivered and took off. When I called they automatically assumed I don’t have multiple phone numbers and claimed I had the wrong number on my account. Ordered a pizza for pickup around 10pm today (Sunday). Parking lot was completely empty, one family coming from the locations inside with their meal. Curbside was fast, efficient, and very mannerly. Great experience until I got home and realized one of the toppings I ordered was missing. Unfortunately, it was the topping I vehemently craved, which caused me to even create the order. Spent $30 and to not even get the correct toppings is disappointing, which is an incredible understatement.
