I had an experience with Domino’s that really impressed me. We ordered pizzas for our kids while we were out, but I accidentally entered the wrong house number in the delivery address (our neighbor’s instead of ours). Because of my mistake, the pizzas couldn’t be delivered and by the time we realized what happened, the store had already closed.
The next day I called the store, explained the situation, and fully expected that the loss would be on me since it was my error. Instead, the team went above and beyond. They not only made the pizzas again and delivered them, but they even included an extra dessert for the kids.
That level of customer service is rare these days. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to take care of us anyway. My kids were thrilled, and they definitely earned a very loyal customer.
Thank you to the team for turning a simple mistake into a great experience.

This spicy bacon ranch chicken pizza is not good at all. There is barely chicken and bacon on it, I can’t taste the ranch sauce, only the buffalo sauce. It’s is very meh!

We often order pizza for our kids. We ordered some food the other night and unfortunately, the pizza had more sauce than cheese and was cut awkwardly. We took pictures and submitted a complaint.
Roderick called us two days later and said we could get another pizza for free and he would include a 2 liter as well to make it right. When I arrived, he also offered a free dessert. He was incredibly kind and understanding and didn’t seem bothered at all by what I’m sure was the 3736252634th complaint he’s had to deal with.
He told me he would personally make our replacement pizza and told me as I picked it up he had even included some extra cheese.
Not only did he make the mistake right but he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He also told me to call back if this order wasn’t right.

the food is good but these guys take a HOT second to get to you at the window. i had enough time to joke about robbing the place with my wife, count that there were 6 employees working, and write this review before anyone came to see us. also i made eye contact with 4/6 before the 6th one came to assist us. plus one guy looks like he doesn’t have gloves on but yea pretty good spot overall.

Avoid ordering from this location. I dont know why I bothered trying three times but it’s been messed up every time. First time both pizzas were undercooked and doughy. Second time they forgot one of our pizzas. This last time last night the pizzas were undercooked again and one of them had the wrong cheese. Such a waste of money. If another location is closer to you try them, maybe they know how to make a pizza properly. The pizza in the photo was meant to be asiago parm…not yellow cheddar.

I order from these guys all the time they are always very fast whether I do pick up or delivery and the pizza is always consistently good that was until tonight. There was a small hiccup with my order in the pizza just didn’t taste how it normally does so. I reached out to the manager on shift and he had another pizza sent to my house before the first one could even get cold this location does it right every time and I am going to miss this place when I PCS

Normal Dominos, good food, pizzas are done well. But they take a long time to get it in the oven. My tracker is usually off by 10 minutes before they get it in to the projected completion time. Otherwise nice and close to Fort Bliss.

company policy their bathroom is not open to the public and is locked with a code. my sister stepped in around 5pm today to ask to use their restroom since we were nearby and was understandably turned away.
being turned away in the middle of a medical emergency is one thing but being laughed at by the high school staff while youre rendered damn near unconscious crying on the floor is a whole other level of unprofessionalism. my sister didn’t even have the time to get off the floor and walk out before the staff are already laughing about someone crying ¿ very unprofessional and childish for any kind of establishment
no names were given even after speaking with the manager on the clock. short stocky older lookin guy with a severe lack of customer service training glued to the drive-thru, while having his immature high school staff speak for him . even after my sister offered to pay to use the restroom you still turn her away but then want to say okay after i offered to buy something off the menu ?? the manager didn’t even try to resolve the situation or deescalate. i could care less about what yall do on your 9-5 but its simple human decency. embarrassing how the whole ordeal was basically laughed and shrugged off.
