The food is always trash. You can’t seem to make the sandwiches correctly, the pizzas are usually poorly made or over cooked, and a $5 delivery fee is outrageous. I strongly encourage everyone to leave 1-star reviews for companies that think it’s okay to charge ridiculous fees while providing poor service and subpar food.

I placed an order here yesterday since I had gone to Papa John’s and they were going to take about an hour extra with my order so I canceled it and went here instead. It did take longer than usual, but I figured it was because of all the people canceling at Papa Johns. Me and my family eat here at least once a week which is Thursdays Or Sundays. We love getting the sandwiches and this time I decided to try a pasta bowl, and we got the parmesan bread bites. It has happened to me several times before that the sandwiches are made with little to no meat. Unfortunately, it happened again, we ordered two sandwiches a chicken, ranch, and Philly cheesesteak. The chicken ranch all it had was mayo, cheese, and a little bit of bacon. The chicken was nowhere to be found. I think I saw two pieces of chicken. The Philly cheesesteak had no meat either just the veggies and cheese. I was craving pasta so it was my first time trying The Italian marinara pasta, and it was burned, dry and very small portion. Not even half of the ball was built it was nasty. I made a complaint to make sure a manager calls me back. I will be waiting for someone to call me regarding this because this is uncalled for. You gladly take my money and there’s no reason why you should be stingy with the food when I paid for it. I think I’m going to stick to Pizza Hut if Papa John’s, and Domino’s can hold their own.

I have ordered from this place several times and their pizza is good and the customer service is excellent. I never really ran into any issues. I had one problem with an item missing from the order but that was the apps fault. I ordered the cheesy bread last night and it had a single jalapeño on the top but it wasn’t a big deal because it was still good. It just made me laugh when i saw it.
