Had to give an undeserved star to be able to make the review. Also, I should have read the reviews before making the mistake of trusting this place. Made an online order to pick up, was asked to make a pre-payment since it was a large order (almost $70.00) for our family. Got there through the drive thru and waited 5 minutes, NOBODY came to the window. Parked & went inside to watch them starting to assist other drive thru customers, went to pay the balance but they told me it was charged in full instead of pre-payment. Ordered large garlic parmesan knots & received cinnamon sugar knots instead, ordered half mushroom & received whole pie with it. Definitely NOT returning, nor recommending. Worst service ever.

Tried to call to place an order and nobody would answer. I drove to the location and walked in. I stood at the front for over 5 mins without being acknowledged. The phones were ringing and nobody was answering them. When I asked if I would be able to place an order, the lady told me “we are busy and it’s going to be a little bit”. When I finally got to place my order she told me it would be 40 minutes before it’s ready. This was all on a Wednesday morning at 11am. I canceled my order and went to Pizza Hut…… terrible service, bad attitudes, I’ll never be back.

I ordered from here all the time try to get delivery because I can’t go get it, but I can no longer order from them. They don’t have competent drivers and their app that they use to get places absolutely screws up the phone to where they can’t even call you, but you can’t tell him nothing. You can’t tell him to turn the app off so they can talk to you. What a mess.

Don’t order the pasta here, Its a RIP OFF. I opened it up when I got back to the hotel room and it’s basically one layer of noodles accross the bottom of the tin. If I had saw this before I left the store, I’d be getting a refund, period.

How is it that this Domino’s can’t deliver less than two miles away from a hotel?! I was stuck without transportation and couldn’t get delivery from a company that got its start FROM DELIVERING PIZZA!!!!!
I had to get my coworker, who was staying at different hotel to come pick me up so I could go get my pizza, which I ordered online. I got there just as the pizza came out of the oven and it was still hot when I got back to my hotel room, but it was tasteless and the toppings slid off on my first bite. Come on, guys, you can do a lot better than that. Maybe hiring people over the age of 16 might help. Also, asking for a tip for handing over a pizza across a countertop is ridiculous, especially when I’m essentially delivering my own pizza! I could’ve got Door Dash to deliver, but there’s no way I’m going to pay $30 for a $14 pizza. I don’t get you lazy people who are willing to pay 30% more for an item that you could just go get yourself.
I haven’t had Dominos pizza in years. I never really cared for their sauce, and after this experience, I’ll probably never order from Dominos again, no matter where the location is. I don’t recommend this location or any other locations. You can get better pizza from Pizza Hut, but not by much.

Thought this would be an easy stop off 20 passing through Pecos but I was sooooo mistaken! We were delayed almost an hour!!! The service was horrible. We tried to call in ahead but was told to order online. When we finally got our order they claimed to be out of napkins. Really!?!? So we had to park, get off in the cold just to walk into their dinning room to pull napkins from the table. They could have easily done the same in half the time. To top it off the pizza was missing a corner and was over sauced. Extraordinary disappointment in service and quality.

Pleasantly surprised. Got a perfectly baked thin crust that is crispy and has enough cheese and and sauce. Some places overcook them and they end up dry like a cracker. Well done Pecos! The wings were good also.

OK SO 1ST WHERE DO I START. The food isnt bad for fast ( slow ) delivery but my pizza came looking like ace Ventura him self delivered it. I ordered 3 dipping sauces and not only was the delivery guy super late as hell but no sauce. Please do better
