Delivery is typically fast. Usually under 30 min when I order from the app. For the first time they got my pizza wrong. When I called, they apologized and said they would re-deliver and send me a free soft drink of my choice. Delivery guy forgot the free drink but the pizza was right this time. I will continue to order from here. Overall, Was glad they fixed the issue.

Pizza was hot and delicious. The delivery was quick and the lady delivering the pizza was very nice and friendly. The only complain was that the pizza was not cut the entire way so we had to rip the pizza apart. Other than that everything was delicious! Gluten free pizza was great as well!

Last 3 times orders I’ve made here this has happened like damn man the instructions are on the order and the receipt, and I honestly don’t even have the energy to go back up there this time. DO NOT try to customize an order here in the late hours this late crew doesn’t care they mess it up every time for some reason. ordered a pacific veggie with pepperoni and banana peppers and of course they forgot the pepperoni and banana peppers. And they way the phone call went I can only assume they think I was trying to pull a fast one on em or something and I have no faith this will be fixed nor will any in the future (have no plans to order here again after this anyway) but there’s pics and pics don’t lie. This is literally the only dominos I have problems with

These guys went the extra mile. They accidentally got my order mixed up, and Mike and Ivan (i believe was his name) were very prompt in trying to make it right. They offered to keep my pizzas that were right on the hot rack while they fixed the order and pushed it to the front. Great job guys, this is how you keep customers coming back! All this, and I’ve always been a Pizza Hut guy! They got my business!

After several years as a customer and never having a reason to leave a review, here I am. Customer service should feel proud to receive the one star I am forced to leave. Customer service has always been average but I would tip above average and would always receive a fresh, out of the oven pizza. Last three orders have been a disgrace! I’ll take fresh pizza over good customer service any day but as of lately, cold pizza and arrogant employees sounds like a bankrupt store although that seems apparent with the look of their wings. Fix your culture within and perhaps Pizza Hut across the street won’t take your business! That coming from someone who refuses to eat Pizza Hut!! Good luck!!!

Service was fine but the actual food was just sad. The new stuffed crust isn’t that good and I opened the cinnamon bread box and only two of the breads had any cinnamon on them. Disappointing

The store does lack professionalism… If there is an adult in management, the presence is absent. After doing the work on my own to solve an issue they had not placing my order, I was told there was no issue. By more than one person in management. The customer service rep told me the store is not responding. You might not like your job, but own it and be better. My issue was probably one of many that wasn’t addressed that cost the overall daily revenue target.

So disappointing every time unfortunately. We have given this specific Domino’s location chance after chance most days its ok and we will tolerate it because we are hungry, others like tonight we just were over it. I usually never give places a complete one because they have good customer service or something that makes me want to try again but not anymore. So we get a bbq pizza for my kids with chicken and onions, thin crust jalapeno, pineapple and steak pizza as well as wings and a sandwich. Never really complain about the wings or sandwich. My husbands pizzas somehow are always amazingly made better than anything else. My childrens pizza was on delivered when i called about it the manager says “ugh we remade it he wasnt to take your order yet” mind you we waited almost 1 and 1/2 hours for the food. So i ask if they can make it so i can go get it since it was for my kids she stated it would be 45 minutes for 1 pizza remake pick up. I repeated what she told me to make sure I wasn’t just over reacting. So after she hears me repeat it she states she can have it in 10 minutes. We wait 10 minutes before leaving to make sure it is done. We get there and check the pizza before leaving and it looks thrown together no toppings looks horrible. The same lady gets an attitude because I said i was not happy with it. Mad because I stated that she said I can remake it but 3rd time isnt a charm for me after all this plus my kids still were waiting for their food. I did add a photo of my husband’s pizza and my children’s pizza where you can see 5 pieces of chicken compaired the the full pizza of toppings evenly on my husband’s.

Very slow they give you a pick up time and they tripple that time. If y’all don’t have enough personel, you need at least one person that actually knows how to check orders and timing. And not just tell customers whatever.
