There is always an issue with the quality of the items. Either the chicken is burnt or the pizza is poorly cut or not cut at all. Quality check? Not a damn chance. I guess this is the service you get when you choose to tip the driver in cash. Drivers are always awesome.

Incompetent employees here. They messed up my pizza two different times to where I had to go back to the store to pick up, and the order was still wrong with only THREE toppings to get correct. The CSR asked me if I wanted my 20$ change back and acted offended when I said yes. Get some employees with common sense and reading skills to less inconvenience the customers PLEASE
all I asked for was pineapple, Canadian bacon and BELL PEPPERS. To which I was told they didn’t have bell peppers, only green peppers(SAME THING??!) instead got banana peppers, then no pineapple when the order was remade. How hard is it?

Honestly disappointed with management and their communication skills.
We recieved a rotten salad with our order. It seems dismal but one of our vegatarian family members were really looking forward to it. We ordered two stuffed crust pizzas with our order that were fantastically made and delivered with no issue.
After contacting Domino’s immediately after finding out we were told that the driver would pick up the salad and bring us another one.
After waiting an hour and our family member still hungry while the rest of us had already had the chance to eat we called again to find out that there was never any intention of replacing our salad, no one was on their way and we had been forgotten.
We were not offered a replacement this time, just a credit or a gift certificate (which we ended up with choosing in hindsight we should’ve just asked for a refund.) however if we had known from the beginning there was no intention of replacing this we would’ve gotten food for our family member elsewhere instead of waiting an hour for them to correct the order.
THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME ORDERING AT DOMINO’S. EVER.
What an absolute mess never again.
I’ll attach photos of the salad if it allows me to. The smell was off and it was slimy along the bottom.

I ordered an ULTIMATE THIN CRUST PEPPERONI Pizza and only got a Cold Regular Thin crust Pepperoni pizza. There was no Two layers of Pepperonis, and the Sauce and cheese were not portioned right.And it wasn’t even sliced correctly.Parts of the outside of the pizza was burnt and just had sauce. And the Pizza was Cold and greasy. Got charged for a Specialty Pizza but received a Regular one. Not Happy At All. I got Jipped..

Got a pizza delivered that was obviously tilted or dropped. All toppings slid over to 3 slices. When I called to complain they offered to remake and asked for the original back. Guess they don’t believe me. Can’t include picture.

I called over the phone to place an order for a mixed match $6.99 deal and was told it’s only online. When this hasn’t been my first time to order that deal over the phone before and I kept telling them that and would do nothing for me. I called the next closest one to me and he had no problem putting my order in. kind of disappointing that I have to drive 2x the way because he was told it couldn’t be done over the phone.
