This was an extremely disappointing experience. The pizza I received was completely unacceptable, and I honestly don’t understand how anyone could be comfortable letting an order leave the store in this condition.
There was a clear lack of care and quality control put into my order. I’ve worked in food service before, and I would never feel okay serving something like this to a customer.
I expect a basic level of pride and integrity in the work being done, especially when people are paying for it. This experience makes me seriously question the standards being followed here.

A woman from this store called me about a complaint I had made and she told me over and over about an item I didn’t get and at first she lied about me only ordering
Only one time from her store and then she corrected and said that I did ordered more then once from that store, she tried to find all the excuses and I even described the 3 delivery drivers at that particular store to her so she ran out of excuses but she still kept saying that I didn’t order the items that I didn’t get, what’s the point of her calling customers to make herself look good by saying that me the customer is wrong?? Just don’t bother to call cause she only looked bad.

They don’t answer the phone, dude at the cashier looked and sounded like he hated taking my order, and wouldn’t take the only cash I had ($100 bill) for a $50 order. Live out of town, likely won’t be coming back to this one

This store is hit or miss. Either the delivery person is amazing or they flat out just don’t deliver it at all and take back to the store and then u get to drive up and pick it up and it’s cold. Service with call in orders or problems with an order only gets you put on hold. I’m literally one block from being able to use a different store and wish I could. The people working at this store need training in customer service and consequences when they are rude or not professional with customers.

We had an issue with our pizza tonight. I called this store and spoke with a manager. She was very calm and helpful. My husband lost the receipt and she still was helpful. I feel like my issue was looked at and handled in a very professional way. I did not get her name but she is managing tonight. Thanks!! The situation could have turned in a much different way.

So I always called to place my order for pickup here in Odessa El Paso or Dallas and always ask for the coupons of 6.99 I called this time and a very rude lady answered she said I can’t give you the coupons you have to place your order online I told her I have order like 30 times and your the fisrt person telling me that and she said well you have to do your order online don’t have time I have other customers and I said can I speak to the manager she said I’m am the manager and hangs up then I call a other Dominos restaurant I order pizza and they totally give me the coupons I told them what happened and manager very lovely said your in you right to complain so in my opinion if you don’t want to work or your having a bad day don’t blame it on customers or yelling customers !! that’s not ok I was just only ordering a pizza for my children.
