Normally the pizza is awesome friendly drivers and fast delivery, but for some reason today the pizza was folded the toppings were off and stuck to the top of the box, but when I called the lady that answered was very polite and immediately made a new one and sent it out. So for the pizza I give one star but for the service I’m giving three stars!

Y’all are usually great. Idk how a pizza got out of the building with literally no cheese on it. Does anyone look at these? On top of that I paid delivery + tip, just to have to go up there anyway, then they don’t participate in rewards, so I got free pizzas I cant redeem. Y’all better than this.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael at Domino’s Pizza. For several nights, I unknowingly placed my order just before midnight—not realizing the store actually closes at midnight. Yet every time, Michael came through, always delivering my food without a complaint. Last night, I finally realized I was ordering past closing time, but he still served me with a smile—and even threw in a Little treat
Michael is the definition of humble,
hardworking, and kind. He consistently goes above and beyond, even if it means staying late past his shift. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Michael, for your great attitude and dedication. You really make a difference. I will be mindful of the time from now.

Beware of the points, I’ve earned 60 points for a free two topping pizza. However what they don’t tell you is that you can not try anything new. It’s limited to hand tossed crust only or you pay extra! The people just use the smoke line of we have no control over the app and there’s nothing we can do!The food is good just the customer service SUCKS!

This place is hit and miss. Waited an hour for delivery, tried calling several times with no answer, so I drove to figure out where my food is. There were delivery vehicles parked as I pull up.. I told the lady I ordered for delivery and have been waiting an hour JUST for delivery.. My food was already made and waiting. I asked her since I had to pick up my food if I was going to get my tip back.. She gave me a full refund. My pizza was cold and stale when I picked up. A few weeks prior the delivery driver gave me the wrong order.. I again tried calling Dominos and no answer, so I again had to drive to store and get my correct order remade.
The least they can do is answer the phone.
