Horrible experience. Will not return. Ordered online on 5/13/2023 around 9 pm. When we went to pick it up, they informed us they dropped our pizza and the employee at the window told us they would remake the entire order. We then went inside to to ask about the order and the manager, who was extremely rude and discourteous, said they were not remaking the entire order because it was not company policy. When we said how rude and disrespectful she was being, said yes and smiled. We got a refund and ordered from Pizza Hut. Hopefully the franchisee sees this and realizes how rude his or her manager is.

The dominos pizza app is a must. You get 5.99 pizzas all the time and with a qualified order of $10.00 and up you receive a point towards a free pizza. 6 purchase after you receive a free I want to say 3 topping pizza at maybe .20cent charge. I forget why they charge you .20cents but beats paying 10dollars. The Snyder location is great. Fast only order with app. It’s pretty clean place. Plenty of parking available and right across walmart.

Very sorry experience. We order 2 pizzas and when we went to pick up our order they told us they dropped one of our pizzas. When I asked how long it would take to re-make our pizza they said 10-15 mins. So I asked if they would re-make our other pizza so it wouldn’t be cold, they said “no”. In fact the on-duty manger said “absolutely not because it’s not our policy” please don’t go back to this place. It’s sad to see how our local businesses treat us. I did nothing wrong and they made me to be the person in wrong. What’s wrong this todays society???

Just had the most terrible experience with the manager tonight May 13th at Dominoes. I ordered 2 pizzas to pick up at the drive through and one pizza had been dropped on the floor so we were told they were going to remake the whole order. Ok fine but decided to go inside and talk with the so called manager and was told they were not going to remake the entire order which meant the rest of our order would sit there and get cold. Long story short, the young manager does not know customer service at all and I told her how disrespectful she was and her reply was “ yeah I know” and totally laughed in my face. I would be ashamed if this was my daughter treating people like this. Smug and rude! Needless to say I will no longer order any thing from Dominoes ever again!!

Tried to order through these guys I even offered a 65 dollar tip and they wouldn’t take my order because they were closing in 15 mins, manager was more concerned with closing than doing business kind of thought it was odd. Pizza Hut is king.
