This pizza would have been okay, except the crust was burned around the edges and raw and gooey in the middle, not nearly as good as The Hut, who consistently makes great pizza. The cinnamon knots were inedible! They were overcooked to the point it was painful to try to chew them! The tatertot mess, whatever that was, was also burnt, to the point they were barely edible. Ended up feeding most of that to the dogs. This was the first time I’d tried DC’s Dominoes Pizza, and very likely the last! Pizza Hut makes soft, delicious, edible cinnamon knots, and amazing pizza. Most of our order should have been thrown in the garbage, not sold to an unsuspecting customer, who didn’t realize the order should have been inspected before leaving the store! Unless I see news that this place is under new management, I won’t be going back, they obviously don’t care about quality or customer satisfaction.

Tried DC store for the second tume since they opened, pan pizza was excellent, the mac and cheese and wings were also very good. Definitely will be going back again.

So, I am not one who typically goes home right away to write a bad review. I am making an exception this time. The purpose of placing an online order and picking up the order is to save time, and obviously for convenience. I sat in the pickup window line for 40 minutes for an order of bread sticks and two chicken meals. Other people sat in line for a long time, not just me. From outside, you can see inside the store and it seemed like utter chaos. When a young kid finally came to the pickup window and then brought me my order, I told him, “I hope the food is warm because I’ve been sitting in line for 40 minutes.” I was assured it would be. However, not only was the smirk on his face insulting but he didn’t offer up any sort of apology. Also, it’s not a surprise that the food was lukewarm by the time I got home. This particular chain should consider having someone available whose sole purpose is to check people out. I could have driven to the Seminole Domino’s and gotten back before I was done sitting in the line at this location. I won’t be ordering from this store again.

Everything about the building and staff was great, I never give 5 stars. I awarded 3 stars because I didn’t receive what I ordered. I ordered parmigian bread bites and received cinnamon twists instead. Normally I would welcome the mishap, unfortunately the item missing was for a really picky person.

Called to place an order for pasta Primavera and I wanted to add chicken and bacon. They said NO against store policy. I’m willing to pay for the extra toppings. NO can’t do it. I’m willing to pay $5 for each extra topping. NO can’t do it. Are you kidding me? Just be aware that even though they say you can build your own pasta dish it is not going to be the way you want it. Zero interest in customer satisfaction or support. Zero order placed. Zero future business from me. 100% chance I will tell others about my experience.

Don’t normally write reviews, but I felt like I owed it to these guys. I showed up at 11:45p after a frac site rig down and asked if it was too late for a pizza. (They close at 12). My only other option was Allsups. I didn’t get his name but he whipped up a fresh, thin, and crispy for me. Made my night. Thanks, dude. Whoever you were, lol.
