Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and it only came with 3 pieces of chicken so my mom called the store and the assistant who was scared to say her name was so rude and told her to call corporate. This took place on Sunday March 8th at about 6:30 pm. If assistant doesn’t like her job or doesn’t know customer service she shouldn’t be working there! I will be escalating this for the way the was rude to my mother.

I went into the store and before I could order the assistant manager was on the phone with a customer and she was being extremely rude to the customer and I chose to leave. If you hate your job give it to someone who wants it learn customer service. If you don’t know how to handle the position then step down. Not wanting to give your name to a customer and be disrespectful is definitely not management behavior

My new least favorite restaurant. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a salad. The salad was extremely brown and completely inedible. It looked like it was very old. The pizza had two hairs in it and I found part of a mushroom as well, as if they don’t keep the surface they make the pizzas on or the containers the keep the toppings in clean. This wasn’t the first time something like that has happened either. I noticed these problems after I was under the impression the store has closed that night, so i waited until the next day to call. When I did, I was told there was likely nothing that could be done because it happened the previous night. Most other restaurants would’ve still fixed it. I was told by an assistant manager to call back in half an hour and ask for someone named Junior who owned the store. I did so, but when I did, I was told they didn’t have anyone named Junior. Long story short, I never got a refund and am very unhappy at the money I spent buying a unclean pizza and an overpriced salad that I couldn’t eat. I will never eat here again!

Wish I would have gotten the ladies name yesterday who saved my party from disaster. After catering fell through (weekends bbq catering by the way not the first time I was burned by them I should have known better after I got sick there once) I called dominoes to save our party we were throwing. I was stressed on the verge of tears and luckily they were so nice and helpful. The lady helping me let me know they were able to get us the pizzas we were needing to feed everyone in a short amount of time ! They are awesome!!

The staff are all so helpful and ready to make your ordering experience as easy as possible. While help find coupons to help out, that is if ordering inside. We have ordered online the past 2 times and our pizza and cheesy bread are always ready and perfectly made as ordered. So delicious, staff at the drive thru window are also very hospitable and smiling. Great job Dominos

So my cousins husband went in to get us some pizza, he happen to run into some one he knew working there called us and said “look whose working here” and then other employees started saying he was taking pictures then started asking one of the girls there if they knew him she said yes and they got her in trouble for no reason then we call to see what was going on and the manager was definitely not professional also telling me that we cant be video chatting while in the building….u cant tell us when to call someone’s phone and def cant get mad cause we know someone …so I will be calling the general manager and if I have to take it to corporate and the ceo and I can ive done it before ….VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MAKING ACCUSATIONS THAT WERENT TRUE !!

I don’t know why I continue to try after the first failed time..today I ordered two pizzas, one cheese, one extra pepperoni..same order as I’ve always gotten- no extra pepperoni (you would think the extra toppings came out of the employees paycheck) picked up my order a few minutes after it stated it was done, and i checked in the parking lot to see if it was correct. (surprise! it wasn’t!) it looked as though both pizzas were sitting out and popped back in the oven to be reheated. I should have gone back in to have it fixed, but I had impatient, hungry children in the car with me. I order from Domino’s because I have two special needs children who love their pizza. Spent $30 to have nasty lukewarm pizza.
