The manager here she’s amazing! Most everyone here is fantastic! However the girl who answered the phone tonight should not be working phones. People do NOT get a job doing customer service if you have ZERO ability to be kind. She gave straight attitude because I wanted to make it for delivery she HUNG up on my while I was still talking. I was perfectly okay with them not having delivery right now. But being rude and hanging up on me , was uncalled for. We are frequent customers. This is my 2nd encounter with this employee. I’m going to stop ordering on the days she’s picking up the phone. There is absolutely no need for this. All I want to do , is kindly order my families weekly “pizza night” dinner. People have bad days, I get it. My day was extremely rough. But I don’t go around making anyone else feel bad because of my day. I could never treat customers like this! Im hoping when I pick the pizza up, I’m not given the same disrespect and disregard or I’ll need to start ordering elsewhere

Ordered in the app as we were passing through. I tipped at checkout for curbside. Arrived early, followed directions and our order never came out. Went inside and was ignored for 15 minutes. Finally got our order, got home and the pizza dough was literally raw everywhere except the crust exterior. The cheesy bread was barely cooked through and the cheese inside was cold and still shredded. Let’s not even mention the prices. Definitely won’t be back.

Went in placed an order. Sweet girl is by herself, behind in orders told me it would be an hour. The manager needs to step up. Get some people in there to help or maybe you even step up to help. Well it’s been over an hour and still no pizza. Trust me it’s not the girls fault. It’s poor management.

We went here today December 28 2024. This lady that was on taken our order was horrible. We ordered a pizza and she was rude to us and the employees. Reprimanding the employees in-front of the customers! Swearing and being short with customers . She got a huge attitude because we ask for a price because we couldn’t see prices for anything. The atmosphere because of her attitude was very uncomfortable and I will not go back there ever! It took almost an hour for our pizza to come out to us. She was swearing about only being one driver and personally I suggest she should be given a strong warning!

I had ordered a thin pizza. Pizza was burnt around the edges. The guy that’s working there leaves the store unattended and walks over to Murphys gas station smoking a cigarette. The food used to taste great. They keep messing up orders. They need a mystery shopper here.

This Dominos has the worst customer service. I placed my order once paid without telling me how much my order was or a time frame as to when it would be ready the manager just hung up the phone. He was rude when approaching him inside the store as well. They did however refunded my card.
