We chose delivery pizza because we had got in late I have six kids so I was depending on a fast and easy dinner.
Mind you we live about 5 minutes from dominos. We ordered and it said “NOAH began preparing our order” about 35 min after that it said our order was being delivered, we waited and it never came after waiting another 15 min we checked the app and it said again “NOAH began preparing your order” so we went to the store and what do you know they hadn’t even started our order so we had to still wait it’s 11:46 at this time that was 15 min before closing all they did was take off the delivery fee. And the only excuse they had for all this was that “THE OVEN BROKE” …I LITERALLY CANT MAKE THIS UP . Service was so shitty and I’m a pretty understanding person……So hope this review helps anyone who has many kids know how pizza is a pretty frequent thing smhhhh

Domino’s is a very hit or miss pizza chain. I found that you either get the best quality pizza or the worst, and this might be my favorite Domino’s in San Marcos.
I never get anything too fancy from here, but I feel like the cheese to sauce ratio is perfect, and they always get it made fairly quickly.
I usually stop by here even when I’m coming from out of town.

Funny how someone by the name of Chaz gave a five-star review. Just so happens that’s the name of the general manager that REFUSES to get on the phone or call me back! My son ordered $46 worth of pizza for his birthday, which never arrived. When he saw that it said “delivered,” he went to the door to see why no one rang the doorbell. There was no pizza. He called, and they sent the driver over who claimed he left it on the porch and that someone must have stolen it. When he contacted the store they refused to remake the pizza or refund his cc. I called and insisted they make it right. After being on hold for 8 minutes, they said they would make the pizzas but not deliver them. At this point I said forget it. Would you trust them to make your food? The next day the neighbor decided to check his cameras. Guess what? No pizza was ever delivered, just like we thought. Now they want a video of the invisible delivery driver. What a joke.

The cookie brownie wasn’t fully cooked nothing but dough in the middle. The hot wings were gummy when I asked for well done. I didn’t feel like driving back so I put my uncooked food in my oven. I can see why they got poor ratings. Smh

They don’t update their online tracker frequently enough so you’ll get an estimated delivery of 20-30 minutes when it’ll actually take over an hour and they don’t don’t give you a courtesy call to tell you that. By the time you realize it will take an hour your drivers in the outskirts of Kyle and won’t be at your place for another 20 minutes so presumably your pizzas been done for close to an hour before it gets to your door. If you can catch them when they’re not busy it’s decent enough but they don’t know how to communicate when they’re slammed.

I recently visited the Domino’s on Mill Street, and I was impressed with the service and quality of the food. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was accurate and ready quickly. The pizza was hot, fresh, and tasted great, with just the right amount of toppings.
