I didn’t catch it till I got home. I like this location and this is the first time I’ve ever had any issues. I get mistakes happen but being vigilant when prepping orders is a must.

Now normally when I order from this dominos it’s horrible. I’ve tried it 3-4 times previously and have been disappointed compared to other locations. But I was craving pizza tonight and thought why not. But to my surprise it arrived hot! and it was great! cooked right the crust was great. So I only write this to praise the employees working tonight 10/18 at about 10pm! They actually cared for one and made my night with some decent pizza! Managers/ownership, give those guys some praise and a raise!

I love this location! Literally so clean and hygienic inside. I usually only order online but when I came in to place my order inside, I was taken away by the efficiency and cleanliness of the kitchen and staff. These guys don’t mess around and my order came out perfect! Which isn’t so easy to say when you order a thin crust!

Since living in round rock I’ve been ordering from this location and I if I’m being honest I wasn’t the biggest domino’s fan but….. this location has completely changed my perception of domino’s PERIOD!!!! The pizza has just the right bite as in the crisp to cheesy ratio it’s always fresh and hot and every delivery driver that I’ve had has been polite and punctual. Absolutely a 20 out of 10

This location has consistency issues. Sometimes the pizza is undercooked. Pizza slices are irregular, sometimes there is a major difference between slices. Toppings are sparse and poorly placed. The prices have risen recently. Still the best deal for delicious cheap pizza. Not to be compared with nice pizza shops.

Food & Service got three stars due to only one reason and that alone when you order a specific item such as I did the ultimate pepperoni on a pizza and with stuff crust you expect to get just that not a very mild dashing of a few pepperonis with mostly cheese and gosh forbid get the style of pizza crust you ordered correctly if I had only wanted a 1 topping regular crust regular pepperoni pizza for the get go period. That is the resort for those 3 stars on both items thats a failure on the part of the employee/employees not paying attention or caring.

The dominos app has messed up my order twice, both times the staff were helpful and didn’t fuss at all about remaking pizza. Staff there is always friendly and go above and beyond for customer service. Shout out to Murray for his great customer service.

Received my pizza on time, driver was great, however…. once I opened the box, I saw my pizza was burnt. It’s one thing to burn the pizza on accident but it goes to far when you knowingly and willing put a burnt pizza in a box and have it delivered to the customer. I don’t blame the driver or cook for this obvious gross negligence, I blame the organization as a whole along with the management of that location. They obviously have not put in simple checks and balances or quality control measures to monitor basic productions standards. Based on the declining quality I’m seeing from Domino’s Pizza, it leads me to believe this is not an isolated incident but in fact a systemic issue. Thank you Domino’s Pizza.

I have stoped visiting this locations due to the poor service I have experienced since the management changed, despite being a regular customer I have encounter frequent Hung ups when ordering over the phone and unavailable items when visiting in person its clear that the manager have a personal issue with me and I have decided to take my business elsewhere to never seen this location anymore.
