Second time our pizza has been overcooked. And I’m not originally from Texas but do I have to order sauce and cheese as extras? Bad enough I have to order Gluten Free dough but it would be nice to have some cheese and sauce to go with my toppings

8.5” long brunette hair baked into my pizza. Dominos use to be on point. Won’t be getting anymore of my money. I blame myself for not looking at the reviews of this location before ordering. No icing came with the cookie brownie. I called the location twice, stayed on automated wait call, no one answered.

Dominos advertises for you to use tbeir mobile app, and they offer a special online and when I go to pay, it says that they are having issues with THEIR system (not my system), so order didn’t process but they processed the payment out of my account… I call to confirm the order, and the manager here tells me the money will be refunded in 1-2 business days, but offers me zero assistance in helping me with my order as I now no longer have enough money in my account to cover it. My sons sleep over and it was the best I could do and now im unable to do even that, not only as this made me feel like a failure, but the customer service from dominos at this location is of no use. I order here often but this is the last time they receive business from me.
I have had the manager comp. Whole pizzas before but to not honor the same deal that I just had been given via the mobile app and to say he can’t help me with a problem that was not mine, is ridiculous.
@dominos needs to step it up. Papa John’s or Double Dave’s would never leave you out to dry this way, I suggest you look at ordering with them or at the least choose another location to do business with if you insist on dominos.

Lol last time my pizza had hair inside. It was not one hair and many hair. I complained about it and the manager told me to have free pizza later. But i did not order or redeem it until today. Somehow my free pizza credit redeemed somehow or they lied to me lol

Very rude and disrespectful staff. Waited over an hour for an order. Then when called I was put on hold over 15 minutes when I got someone I didn’t get a friendly greeting I was greeted with a (what seems to be your problem?) Who does that. Then had to verify my orders with my credit card being told I didnt order. Sure was happy to take my money but not deliver food.

I just waited an hour for a little Cesar’s order that was never fulfilled and finally just got a refund. We still wanted pizza and decided to try dominos instead, I waited maybe 20 min for a carry out order and we waited 2 min until someone helped us. The worker apologized for the wait and we told him it was perfectly fine!

Called in our order two days prior to SB 60 and pre paid it. Showed up early and waited. Saw the order maid and packaged, then wondered what happened to it. A few minutes later, we asked if we could get it and go, but they looked puzzled because a delivery person walked out with it. They told us after a few more minutes they would have to remake our entire order again. Totally a waste of our time and watching a complete Cluster of personnel running around lost with No Direction. Will Not this location ever again and probably Not Dominoes again either. Sad, Very Sad all around.

This was my third strike with this location. Their online orders are literally NEVER ready on time. I’ve always had to wait 20-40mins past for it to be ready.

Don’t order from here unless you want your pie looking like this. I don’t understand how they let this leave the store, if they “quality check” them before leaving the store. Try the other location up the road next to cvs if you live in the area.
