My order was placed today at 2:33pm and arrived at 3:04pm which was fine, until the man William who has a ponytail and a heavy set when he exit out of his vehicle he was coughing and sneezing as soon as the pizza box and wings were secured in his hand. I was at the doorway so you saw on my ring camera a look of disgust on his was waking on the driveway he still continued to cough towards me with my food in his hands Very unpleasant especially that I included a tip. My husband called the store and they told him that they will refund us but take our service somewhere else? First and last time ordering from this Liberty Hill location. Still haven’t opened it

Staff is friendly. Store is clean. I usually have my pizza delivered. I wish I could give them 5 stars but I can’t. I’ve ordered pizza a few times. Thinking ok it’s just because it’s a new store. And each time my pizza is questionable. They do not put enough toppings on it period. Every pizza I’ve received has very little on it. So pretty much sauce and dough. With a tiny bit of cheese and very sparse veggies hardly any meat and cheese. And this last order was overcooked. It’s almost like they want you to order extra toppings to get a decent amount ingredients on your pizza. I’ve been a Dominos customer for many years. I’ve never had that problem until this store. Sorry but I don’t think I’ll order another. Unless your employees can be consistent on prep.

Overall, it was a great experience. We just moved to georgetown. I ordered it online originally. Even though I put my address, it sent my order to a store that did not order out here. So I ended up calling because i could not get the website to work with me. The guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful and nice. I ordered cheese hand tossed pizza. They got it right. I also ordered stuffed cheesy bread. Which wasn’t how it is normally is made. So that was disappointing. But they were fast in their deilvery and everybody was kind.

Ordered a New York style pizza. Crust was mushy, sauce was tasteless. Cheese was added over other ingredients as if an afterthought during prep. We’ve ordered this pizza many times before and it was always good. This time it’s like whoever prepared it, didn’t know what they were doing. Seems they left out all the normal seasonings. We had to throw most of it in the trash. Was terrible.

Dominos needs to just stick with pizza. Ordered the philly cheese steak and loaded tots. Both were sub par. The sandwich was small and had very little steak. Mostly just bread. The taste was pretty good though. Tots were just meh and not very many for the price. Go to Sonic for tots. Just stick with pizza at Dominos.

Ordered using the online app, applied coupon, 2 x 1 topping pizzas for 21 bucks + a cheese bread thing for 8 bucks. Get there and it’s almost $50. I tell the guy had the coupon on the pizzas, says there’s nothing he can do about it. Horrible customer service. Paid $50 for garbage pizza.

As a frequent customer of Domino’s, despite not living nearby, I made the effort to drive to this location. Upon arrival, I was surprised to see the cashier bringing in dirty laundry and detergent into the store as I entered. She placed her laundry basket and detergent god knows where, then proceeded to take my order. This immediately raised concerns for me. Where is she washing her clothes? Is this some new Domino’s laundry detergent flavor in the making?
Nonetheless, I decided to overlook this and took my pizzas home. When I finally got home and eagerly opened the pizza box, I discovered they had completely messed up my order. Instead of the three-meat pizza I ordered, I received a pizza that was half cheese and half pepperoni and sausage. The aroma of the pizza initially brought me joy, but I was quickly disappointed and distraught upon realizing the mistake.
This experience ruined my evening, prompting me to write this review. I hope Domino’s can improve by hiring staff who do not bring personal items to work and who can accurately fulfill orders.

Be wary of ordering on the app. My husband went to pick up an order that was supposed to be $29 and they charged him $48. No explanation, order was exactly as the coupon stated. Staff refused to rectify the situation, they said nothing could be done because it was ordered on the app. Good job Dominos.
