If I can them zero star I will … Today 10/20/25 I order a Philly’s cheese and stake Small pizza and a Philly sandwich… They make a mistake and bring me the wrong pizza … I call them to let them know … I speak with the manager and explain the situation… And you know what ..? They want to charge almost $ 3.00 dollar as more because they say my pizza cost more than the one she charge me for … Soooo after I have to wait for the delivery and then receive a wrong item I call them to let them know about their mistake and they want me to pay more money ? … Is not about the money it’s about my time I’m waiting waiting for my pizza which I order correctly in the beginning and they make a mistake and now my time and my food is going to waste… Almost $30 paid for a bad moment with this people… Instead of fixing it their mistake she wants more money jajajaja .. last time that they will here my name over there … I prefer go with the competition instead… Bye Dominos my business is not longer for you ..

Imagine ordering dominoes after a long day of work and finally sitting down to a box of warm pizza ready to watch that 70’s show and then it hits you that the pizza has NO sauce I would understand if ya’ll busy ,but there was like 6 crew members and 2 orders in total, c’mon.I called and they couldn’t do a refund, where asking for pictures and to return to the store at almost 11pm in Las Milpas. my kids asleep and I can’t leave him alone. Hung up because of the horrible service and to top it off they called back liked 4 times even w a personal # so I blocked it lol. Anyways I never do reviews ,but what better way to pass my time sitting on the toilet regretting the 12 dollars I could’ve used at Pizza Hut….

The online service was quick and the one in charge for the order did great! Took advantage of the 9.99 deal for these two pizzas (pepperoni and pineapple + ham) and the bread is so good. It’s been a long while since I have tasted dominos, it was well worth it.

On Thursday 5/9/24, I ordered a medium thin & crispy pepperoni pizza from “MARTIN” at the counter. He was so courteous and helpful. My pizza was absolutely the best. It was crispy and cut like I like it, without me asking!

On a previous occasion, “JUAN” the store manager was extremely courteous and helpful. JUAN took the time to correct an order and make it EXCELLENT for me. The wings were larger than I recall, hot, plumped up, juicy and cooked to perfection!

This is the best Domino’s Pizza franchise in the entire Valley! The way you order the pizza is almost the exact same way you get it. For me, it is frustrating to arrive home, open the pizza box, and eat a slice that almost lacks tomato sauce when I especially ask for extra sauce. This is not the problem here. The pizza has the right amount of sauce and the wings are great too. There is also an excellent service. This is definitely the best Domino’s location.

Supervisor Diego is incompetent plus has no customer service experience I really don’t understand how can they put someone with such little empathy for the customer to manage a place when clearly he has no experience on dealing with people because throughout my 15 minute call with him he never let me speak he kept talking above me (I have the whole conversation recorded) and practically he said they couldn’t do anything about them messing up my order when they sent the pizza with marinera sauce and in my house we are allergic to it that why we order with Alfredo Or Garlic Sauce
