The Domino’s Pizza on Main in Alton, Tx is incredibly delicious! Props to the store manager and the amazing staff. We always order a specialty pizza, which is Philly Cheese Steak Pizza, and a make your own Chicken Alfredo Pizza with extra cheese on garlic crust. It’s ALWAYS AMAZING! On top of everything else, the deals Domino’s has online are exceptional! If you haven’t tried these pizzas you are definitely missing out. Try it and you won’t regret it.

Ordered a pizza. Went to pick up and they forgot to make it. That was ok. No big deal. Waited 10 minutes, which is what it takes to bake. Cool. No issues. But what got me was the two guys packing my pizza decided to make a joke out of my name and deliberately mis pronouncing it out loud several times. Then he stood back and leaned up against his work station whistling. I was the only customer.
He had a punk attitude for no reason. I was kind and polite the entire time. I’ll let everyone guess as to what I know what the color of the problem was. I was in the wrong neighborhood, I guess. Who knows. Bad reflection on the company.

If you like Domino’s pizza (or other menu items) and if you live in this area then this is a solid location. My orders have always been exactly right and done quickly. The employees in the store and their delivery drivers have always displayed great customer service which I appreciate.

If I could rate them no stars I would. After waiting for over 2.5 hours for a delivery I had to call over 3 times to get an update on my order and it was yet out for delivery over 2 hours waiting and I was willing to pick up when they told me it was already out for delivery and was they’re mistake after that I waited over 30-45 again and no delivery was yet done and had to call again and was told my food was there in the store. I had to go and pick up my order and received my items cold.
