The gentleman was very, very helpful and even showed me a deal! It’s my 3rd time getting Domino’s and i love it! Wayyyy better than Little Caesars! Not only because of the prices but the taste is amazing! He was very helpful and polite! Great customer service, floors were clean, the place smelled good lol not just because of the pizza but because of the cleanliness! Quick service too! Ordering was fast and easy!

Came in made an order, the pizza ended up coming out burned. We went to try and go fix it but the guy we spoke to started arguing with us and after some back and forth he finally decided to redo it. As we’re sitting there eating out overcooked parmesan bites we finally got our second pizza but it wasn’t any better. Lesson learned. Never coming back here again.

Last three times I have gone they skimped out on the toppings for the handmade pan. What happened? Is there a shortage of cheese? Very dry and even feels like it’s been sitting for a long time but it just came out! Then they have the nerve to give a receipt with a tip option on something I already paid! For this? One of the worst interactions I have every had with dominos. I am currently visiting another city so I can’t say they are all like this however, the most disturbing thing was how the whole transaction was handled. I used my rewards to order a pizza for pick up. When I arrived I had to repeatedly walk up to the window, because they would let you in, and wait until someone noticed me to come and speak with me. I first find out that they can’t find my order then next they proceed to tell me that they misboxed my order, which I assumed meant they placed my pizza in another box and it got sent out. After I return to my hotel, we find that not is the pizza only burnt/dried up but it is extremely soaked in grease so much so that it filled in a large portion of the box. When we finally return back to the dominos, I ask if they could make a fresh one that is not as greasy as possible or limp as it seemed as if it were made out of dough the with of 3 sheets of paper. After I show the staff the pizza and he inspects it himself, with his hands, he takes the pizza and says he will ask the manager to get it replaced. About 1.5 minutes later, a different staff asks me to sign the receipt, as I ordered extra toppings, he proceeds to give me a pizza. To which I reply, “That was fast.” and his response was, “It came out of the oven as you were walking away from the door.” I then explain to him that is impossible, I inspect the pizza and say it is the same one, I further explained to him that it was suppose to be remade. About 2 minutes after that, the first staff member returns with the same pizza and explains to me that the manager put it back in the oven and if it looked better to me, I pick it up and show him it is still limp and now more burnt, at which point I refuse the pizza and walk back to my truck and leave. I left them with the pizza as I could not believe that after touching the pizza, they put it back in and then cooked it again. Even if he had not touch the pizza, I had and it seems to be extremely unhygienic to put it back in the oven after it has left the facility. I am honestly at a loss for words.

I Always call this location for special requests on my pizza for years, then all of a sudden they get new kids working and they cant make my pizza the way I want. i just asked for all the extra cheese to be on the bottom of toppings so the cheese doesnt burn, but apparently they cant do that now. I MEAN WHAT?! They down know to put two cups of cheese on the bottom, they only know how to put 1cup if cheese then toppings then another cup of cheese? what a joke of a location. I called customer service and they didnt know how to help me. Guess pizza hut it is. at least they do special requests. Domi-Nos pfft. Look at this burned cheese
