Ordered from this Domino’s because it’s the closest location. Unfortunately, what I observed inside gave me pause.
One employee was seated on the food prep counter — the same surface where pizzas are placed — fully absorbed in his phone. Meanwhile, the rest of the team was actively working and clearly carrying the workload. From a customer standpoint, this raises two concerns: food safety and basic workplace standards.
From a sanitation perspective, food prep counters are generally intended for food, not seating. From a management perspective, it’s never ideal when one employee appears to be on a break no one else was informed about.
While this was happening, I observed a delivery driver return from a run, walk inside, box pizzas, assist another customer who arrived after him, and then head right back out into the winter freeze. Fairness aside, it was hard not to notice the contrast: one employee DRIVING in cold, wet conditions to keep orders moving, while another remained comfortably seated on a warm counter, scrolling his phone.
When I entered, the employee briefly relocated (phone still in hand), then returned to the counter once I left. I documented the situation and decided not to accept my order.
This review is not directed at the entire staff — most appeared to be working hard. However, consistency, cleanliness, and professionalism matter. Everything starts to deteriorate when ONE isn’t held to a standard. Management should do better, employees rely on you to HOLD IT!

I got the 5 topping special. Extra pepperoni, black olive & bell pepper. Added mushrooms. Extra sauce. All good except too much sauce.. won’t do that again. The amount of bell pepper was scarce. Mushrooms barely enough. I think I’m going to have to show up during the build so that we have an agreement as to amounts. Wife did have the table set when I got home… a PLUS!

Ordered premium chicken on pizza, paid extra for it to be added and they didn’t even put but 3 small pieces on one side of the pizza and the other only a few more… tried 3 times to call to let them know, got hung up on first call, but on hold over 10 minutes 2nd call and over 15 minutes 3rd call, even when I tired to say I’ve been waiting, he still put me on hold and forgot about call and thats with a tip

A homeless man asked to borrow my phone to order a pizza. He was very hungry and disoriented, I assisted him in ordering. The delivery driver came within 15 minutes with the hot pizza for the poor man, going above and beyond to help his fellow man. God bless you, wish there were more younger people who cared like he did! Great job young man gold star ⭐️

After messing up my order , yall leave the replacement at my door after 1 am and with out knocking or calling ? I find this the next morning in the rain ? Did you throw it ? Or did the neighborhood cats attack it ? I spend too much money at dominos to deal with this.

Ive ordered from here for years with minimal problems but today was the worst. I get off from work and I order a pizza, I get home and the pizza is the one on the left. Its like they gave me an old pepperoni pizza and threw uncooked beef on it. So I called to tell them and they said they could make me a new one to go pick it up. I told them im already home so they said they would deliver it. The driver drops off my pizza on my porch and never knocks or rings the bell so my pizza is sitting outside with flys around it. Never again will I order from here.

If it wasn’t for people being hungry 2 pieces wouldn’t be missing. I on the other hand am upset that simple instructions can’t be followed. Normally they don’t mess up but this was the first time adding this much on to my pizza.
