My personal experience with this Domino’s has been outstanding. Every time I visit as a neighbor, I’m treated like a king. This Sunday, I ordered the Brooklyn, and Nathan provided exceptional service from start to finish. When I went to pick it up, I was genuinely impressed.
Hector greeted me with genuine kindness and professionalism, which immediately stood out. Great customer service is rare these days, and this team delivered. Both of these guys deserve recognition because the service was top tier and the pizza turned out amazing.

We live 1.2 miles away from this store which is a 4 minute drive. The tracking on the delivery was switching from 2 mins to 4 mins and back to 2 mins away, the pizzas eventually arrived after 20 mins, cold and dry. Domino’s still haven’t honored there “Delivery Insurance”. We definitely won’t be using Domino’s again.

Received our order. Everything was cold. Normally the food is kept warm but no warming bag was used. Pizza was hard and not cut all the way through on thin crust! we threw most of it away. Portions for our pasta bowl was half of what I get from other locations. The chicken wings are extremely small with very little meat on the bone. Worse than McDonald’s chicken nuggets. Our dessert was rock hard. One of our pizzas seemed to had been made hours ago the sausages was petrified along side of the burnt crust and dehydrated pepperoni slices. Second time with poor food quality. For as expensive the order was you would have thought they would given us the illusion that it was warm by having it in a warmer. Going with a different pizza restaurant all together in the future. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible experience and service. Delivery order. Driver stated she delivered and rang doorbell. I didn’t hear. My fault. No follow from driver or domino’s to say they delivered. I followed up. The order was placed on cement ledge in front of apartment. When I finally got through and went down. The boxes were full of ants. I called back to follow up at least 5 times but they kept hanging up the phone.

The dominos in San Antonio literally NEVER give enough Alfredo sauce. I wish there was an option for extra sauce online because the Alfredo is so good but they never give me enough. I think this is the most egregious example I have ever seen – ordered from this dominos.

No, no, no. This is not a product you pay for. I’m done with this location. I don’t normally do reviews. However, this is the fourth consecutive time something has been wrong with one of the pizzas I ordered. A customer should never have to settle for “hope” when receiving something they pay for is correct. The pizza literally looked as if a grade schooler was learning to prepare pizza. Most of the ingredients was concentrated on one third of the pizza. It was overcooked. The sauce was almost nonexistent. They didn’t take the time to cut the pizza… Who doesn’t at least CUT the pizza for heaven sake. Geez! I’m so done with this location. I’m sure they will get relatives and others to put in positive reviews to counter this one. Nevertheless, heed my warning, order pizza from this location at your own risk. The pizza was ordered yesterday evening. 6/14/2021

The Dominoes on overlook Pkwy is the worst pizza chain location I’ve been to. The store is dirty, the people are rude and the food was cold and took a long time to make. I will never be going back. Papa John’s on Hardy Oak is the best chain I’ve been to and it’s not close.

Worst management ever,pizza was sent with no cheese and burned. Called to talk to manager James who has no last name and he would not get on the phone and had two of his employees get on phone instead which he told to hang up on me. Went to the store to try and find out why they would send out a burnt pizza with no cheese on it and then refuse to fix it. Spend money elsewhere. This location if it can’t get better management needs to shut down. Told me if I had a complaint I needed to go online and report it. What good is paying a manager. James needs to go back to Mc Donald’s where he got his experience from and flip burgers or run the fryer.

Hands down, the worst location for food service. The quality is terrible, with so many bad reviews, and the management doesn’t seem to care. If you want to have good pizza, order from the Judson location.
