Literally the worst customer service. Mistakes happen. I get it. But if you keep making the SAME mistake TWICE in under 2 or less hours, evidently YOU are the problem. This was from an order I placed 3 hours ago. At that they refused to transfer me to their manager because they were busy. Again, I get it but after several screw up’s and hanged up phone calls, my husband decided to pick it up. They literally delivered the food to the wrong address TWICE lol. My husband used to be a store manager for them and automatically saw allll the flaws just by sitting down in the lobby. Do NOT ORDER! The driver was rude also at that. It’s hard to ready google/Apple Maps. I’ve had issues with this same store before and decided to give them a chance after a year – NOPE. Never again!!!

I ordered 1 med pizza and an order of molten cakes at 5:56 pm. My order was ready at 6:07. I didn’t get my pizza in hand till 7:05 pm. I live 7 mins away. Guys.. that’s disgustingly sad. I’ll never ever order from here again. Almost an hour after the pizza was ready.. lmao I mean it’s pizza guys..I’ll go back to Marco’s. Thanks for letting my pizza cool down I guess…

Got a curbside and no one ever comes out. I have my hazards flashing into the building as directed so i know they can see im waiting here. After waiting for over 10 minutes i go inside and its not even acknowledged. Pizza is super extra greasy for some reason but its just cheese? Super disappointed

Picked up a pizza and took it home and they made it wrong. Called the store and they asked what would they need to do to make me happy. I replied, fix it and deliver me a new pizza. Bread bites had no butter on them. Store manager refused to deliver a new pizza. Would only give me store credit. What good does that do me tonight? I’m already home and settled in my pajamas. Pizza is garbage as far as I’m concerned.

I can let go of A LOT of things (just thankful people are working)… but, hygiene isn’t one of them.
A hair was found in my pizza tonight… when I say IN, I don’t mean ON… it was literally baked into the pizza… i could hold the slice up in the air and dangle it by the hair… that is a no go.
Fast, friendly service… contact-less transfer of food. The “large” is roughly the size of other’s mediums, but, the quality of the food, crust options, ingredients, is better than the other options (P.J. & P.H.). This is the first time I ordered wings… I’m impressed… Garlic parm was very good

This is our neighborhood dominoes so we always order from here without issues. Although tonight they really dropped the ball on 1 or our 4 pizzas. As you can see in the photo it was burnt to a crisp all around and inedible due to the toppings being charred. They are remaking it as i post this, I appreciate that they are remaking it without question but its ridiculous that they even delivered this pizza and thought it would be acceptable.
