Beyond not using gloves, the amount of food cross-contamination is surprising. I clearly told them I have allergies and that I’m vegetarian, yet they used the same tools for everything with no separation at all. The food is mixed together in an unhealthy and unprofessional way.
They do not respect allergy requests, use the same utensils for all items, and show very poor food-handling practices. Overall, the experience felt careless and far below basic hygiene standards.

I ordered online, can’t mess that up. The the pizza got to my house, the box was crushed, the pizza was burnt, and not even cut. For $40 you’d expect better quality than McDonald’s, but I guess not.
Update: I called the store to tell the manager about the experience. She was very short with me on the phone. I told her I’d rather just have a refund because I have to put my kids to sleep. She said it would take 1-3 business days then immediately hung up. Very rude, no customer service skills, and no personal skills. Would not recommend.

I never leave bad reviews, but I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve received at this Domino’s location. 2 weeks ago I ordered a pan pizza for pick up. After getting home with the pizza, I was skeptical just from the look of it. I took only a few bites before I threw the whole thing in the trash. The cheese wasn’t melted and looked and tasted like it was still in a shredded state right out of a bag. The crust was cold and doughy throughout. Plus the sauce did not taste like the tomato sauce I was expecting, but instead like a spicy buffalo sauce. It was truly the worst pizza I’ve ever had the misfortune of tasting. I called the location, and was told that instead of a refund, I would get a pizza credit under my phone number for a large, 1-topping pizza.
Here is the most disappointing part of the story, and is the main reason I will not be returning to this location. I called up tonight to place an order for my free pizza, and when the employee searched for my number, he told me that I do not have a free pizza credit attached to my number. I explained the situation, but was not offered any assistance or explanation. I was understanding the first time, since we all have off nights, but refusing to honor the pizza credit is unacceptable.

I’m not sure who the new manager is at this location, but as of October 25, my experience was disappointing. The manager had the nerve to go back and forth with me over what | already knew was going to be cold pizza — it had been sitting in the driver’s car for over 35 minutes.
Instead of acknowledging that, she argued and insisted the pizza wouldn’t be cold, even though I knew it had left well before the time she said it did. Customer service should never involve arguing with the customer, especially when the issue is so simple to verify.
Very frustrating experience, and definitely not the level of service I expected. I asked her to cancel the order and she told me that she could not cancel the order because the original pizza needed to land at my house first. As far as the people actually making the pizza, they are all good. They’re only doing what they are called to do which is to make the pizza and do it with Joy. Now that I’m sitting here in the store the only person that acknowledge me was the guy that was boxing the pieces not even the manager acknowledge me.

Ordered online. 7:30 App stated 7-17min. After 15 min it updated to 20-30min. After 30 min stated 40min and received a 50% off coupon. App states ready after an addition 20min. At front counter. Order still not ready but app states order has been ready it’s is now 8:30pm order is still not ready. Waited inside an additional 25min only to get COLD FOOD!

We ordered take out on 12-4-2025. The Habanero chicken were very good. On the other hand, the 2 pizzas were horrible. Our pup didn’t even eat it.

This location is definitely not the closest to me but I go out of my way to pick up from this Domino’s. They’re the most consistent with my orders. Also, thank you to Alyssa for having wonderful customer service. It seems to be one of those things encountered less and less these days but when experienced, you appreciate it.

Horrible. Ordered online took 1.5hrs to get hotel. Had to call 45 minutes to get update, and they hadn’t even started. Then by the time it was delivered pizza was cold and they didn’t even cook it.

The food was made well. I was stuck waiting at the register while the guy at the cut table stood still with nothing coming out of the oven. Also when I received my food it wasn’t cut thoroughly.
