Giving a 2 stars : ordered on the 20th of December for delivery. When the manager answered the phone, he sounded very rude. Not my fault yall are busy. No apologies nor decent service.Spoke to the manager about my pizzas being burnt. Luckily they were able to redeliver fresh ones. Even so, after I called his tone was very unwelcoming. Manager needs training.

Never again. Ordered food here and when I got home half the order was wrong. Ordered two pizzas one came right one came wrong. When called and asked for a refund they gave me a whole run around about how much work it would be to refund the whole order then they would have to ring it in for more money and I would have to repay for it which would put another hold on my card.
Or they gave me the iotio. To wait another 30-45 minutes to deliver the correct pizza, provided I gave the wrong one back to them. I live 2 blocks and less than half a mile, but it’s going to take them 45 minutes to deliver it? I could walk there and back and eat it in that 45 minutes.
Been a life time dominos customer and been ordering since I was a kid, never again going to order from here.

I got a coupon for 1 free medium pizza but it was delivery only. I placed my order and after 30 minutes checked online to see if the driver was close. The pizza was still in quality check so I decided to just go pick up the order as it would be faster.
I grab the pizza and take it to my car I open it to check and the pizzas weren’t cut. Shocked, I go back into the store and ask if they can cut them. They do and I leave with the pizza.
I get home and open the box fully and to my horror there is unmelted butter globs on BOTH pizzas.
I call and ask if they would prefer to just cancel the order or if they would like to remake it. They say they will remake it and make sure it’s made correctly. They also refunded my order.
I go back and pick up the new pizzas and they are only about 3 star quality.

*sigh* let me start off with of course we’re gonna eat the pizza, we’re just disappointed :/ we ordered a large New York style pizza cooked well done with easy sauce. Not only is it not well done but it’s got a regular amount of sauce and it’s not New York style, it’s a regular pizza :/ I would’ve be cool with it just being undercooked cause we’ve got an oven at home but I think the extra bit of it being the wrong style is what bugs me

I ordered a pizza and let them know my location was at comfort suites and not where the app said to go. They left my pizza in the middle of the street a few miles from the hotel. No refund. Useless.

Ordered at 6:21. On the the website it said declined but for some odd reason when I checked a few hours later .. I noticed the transaction went through so I called this domino’s and the manager who was working the night shift did not a ant to state his name said I need to call back in the morning and talk to another manager. He couldn’t look up my card number or name or number apparently..

Shows any speciality pizza for $15.99. It only deducted $8 off the pizza. $39.12 for a large pizza? When you remove some toppings and add a few shouldn’t that compensate it? The offers are deceiving and the price is not display when adding extra toppings.
