If I could give negative stars, I’d gladly go into overdraft for it.
We ordered pickup with a 15-minute wait. The pizza was ready when we arrived, but the customer service was MIA. The clerk helped the customers ahead of us, then walked away like we were invisible. After a long pause, I asked who was working the counter. Blank stares. Excuses. I pressed again, and the big response was, “If you want to argue, you can leave.” Imagine paying first and then being told you’re free to get lost.
Meanwhile, the delivery driver wandered back in with a wrong order, which really tied the whole circus together — but unlike the counter staff, he actually stepped up and assisted us. The delivery guy showed more professionalism in two minutes than the in-store team did the entire time.
Domino’s, if this is your training program, you might want to press reset because your staff clearly missed the “customer service” chapter.
