it doesn’t appease me to leave this but the manager at this location was rude to my boyfriend while picking up our order & not only that, my chicken alfredo has no chicken!
however our pizza with only pepperoni and was fine. this location does well typically but today was not one of those days, especially with rude management. no phone calls have been answered either when i tried reaching out to the store.

Got the wrong pizza, called to the store the manager said there was nothing they could do and said it would be 45 mins if I wanted to reorder another pizza but I was going to have to pay again. Why would I pay for another one when I ordered the pizza I wanted in the first place?! They could have taken this one back uneaten and given me what I ordered!

I really like this location. Ordered a Large (14″) Hand Tossed Pizza yesterday (Pepperoni, Beef, Ham, Jalapeno Peppers, Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Garlic Crust Seasoning) and it was so good I woke up thinking about how good that pizza was. They’re also pretty fast to prepare the order and get it in the oven. And don’t get me started on the Alfredo bread bowl, DELICIOUS!!!

You would think they’d make the delivery drivers park away from the front door of the business so customers could park there? This is a pet peeve of mine. When I worked retail I was asked not to park in front of the business. That area was for customers a few years ago I did speak to manager about this but it didn’t do any good.
2023 September still parking in front of the door. I am not handicapped but I just had surgery and I am supposed to be very careful with what I do but I had to park clear on the other side of the parking lot why because all the delivery drivers are parked in front of the store thanks Domino’s, NOT!

I spent an entire hour in the lobby waiting for my order. I asked 4 different employees where my order was. All of them were too busy pushing delivery orders out that all they could say was, “a couple more minutes.” None of them could be bothered to check the shelf on the back. I spent an entire 30 minutes being ignored while my order was ready (per the ready time on my receipt). Thank you for the cold food and the slap in the face Dominos.

App said order was ready. Was already waiting in car for a good while. Go inside and get told it wasn’t ready although the screen said it was. Get brushed off for about 30 minutes and finally they print out my receipt, the order was on the shelf the entire time. Little better service would have been nice instead of just looking at the receipts and saying not ready yet. Obviously there was one order with no receipt sticking out of the box….

There was no remorse at all on the end of the manager I spoke with, pretty much I ordered on the wrong date and it’s not there fault because he said they only had two workers on hand. What happened? 08/11/2024, 3:05 pm we placed an order for 12 pizzas and were told that they would take an hour , maybe hour and half at longest to get delivered. But the did not arrive so I called and then was told by Aiden the acting manager that they were placed on a timed order for 5pm . He said that they would not be put into oven till that time . He was unaware why it was in system that way. I asked if they could put them in and he said yes but it would still be another hour before they arrived because I lived so far away. I lived approximately 7.4 miles away. So it is not that far. He said that what his computer says, but I still have others in front of me because they only have two workers..,. I ordered at 3:05 this is at 4:50?that I’m being told this ???? I asked if I needed to pick them up even though I’m helping host this party, he said, if you want. So I then ran around and Thank fully the Great Grand parents were able to leave and go pick them up. Not acceptable Domino’s! And guess what I called to get a direct line and someone else said they were manager, did not want to give me the number for customer support. He said, he is busy and it is online…. ???? I believe in customer service, what is happening?
