Went to pick up pizza and waited in the drive thru just to be ignored. The workers looked right at us and just continued on like we weren’t even there. I finally drove around and went inside. Even then they just acted as if we weren’t there. The store wasn’t packed or busy so I dont know what the problem was. After waiting all that time for overpriced pizza we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. This isn’t the first time this we’ve gotten bad customer service at this location but it will definitely be the last!!!

So when you order 3 pizzas totaling over $70, 2 arrive on time, 1 and hour and a half later. Was i mad about it, no. Was i disappointed that because the 2 pizzas i ordered 1st arrived on time and the 3rd being gluten free did not my friend Was unable to eat with us. I was told because of the mishap I would get a free pizza limitless toppings. Well, the manager Jonathon needs to learn customer service. When I called to get my pizza I wanted a New York style 4 toppings (not being greedy)…he says no, you can get a gluten free…well, I dont want a ten inch gluten free, I dont need gluten free. The pizzas were the same price. Makes no sense…he says I can get a 10″ pizza…after I spent over $70 and they screwed up(which i did not even get angry)…but dont offer a free pizza after you screw up and want to screw the customer again….bad customer and managerial skills.

Always a safe bet when it comes to pizza night. Only once or twice have I had any kind of an issue with an order. Never anything big or that isn’t corrected immediately. Once in a while the tracker says it’s done a few minutes early but that’s no big deal. At least you know it’s fresh. And the staff if always friendly which is a huge bonus. To everyone who left a 1 star give them another chance. Who hasn’t had a bad experience at a restaurant. Usually employees that don’t do that good of a job don’t stick around. Just how it works. That said great fast location keep it up

The thin crust was burnt around the edge. I wanted to review this higher but I honestly can’t. It was subpar as we did eat most of it, but it is not to Domino’s standard, and 30 mins later I can still taste the burnt.
The cheese and other toppings need to go all the way to the edge when it comes to thin crust pizza so it doesn’t burn so please cover it up. It’s 50% off week – this is the time to attract new customers by making great food. Doing the opposite swats customers away from placing future orders.
EDIT: I went back 10-19-23 and ordered a Philly thin crust and it was much better. The customer service was fantastic as well. 5.1/6. Slightly over topped on the oregano and the toppings and cheese still didn’t go all the way to the crust. There was an 3/4 of an inch of crust.

I love biscuit. I did a prank call as a game that me and my partners played and he was very enthusiastically engaged and didn’t hesitate to bring us joy with going with the bit. Love this guy so much. Def deserves a raise for being part of the community and their funny ways

So good, I been on a intense diet but order from here every 2 weeks for my cheat meal, can’t get better than this. They do forget to get your dipping sauces often if you are ordering delivery, so I call after I place my order not to forget my sauce and they DELIVER. When they do forget my sauces I get upset but it’s whatever because the pizza is still so good.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni and pineapple. They forgot the pineapple, no biggie, so I took it back and I thought they were gonna remake it. I was definitely wrong, basically all they did was throw pineapple on top of the pizza and gave it back to me. Everything was cold.
