This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any restaurant.
I placed an online order for two medium hand-tossed pizzas. When they arrived, parts of the crust were completely raw–undercooked to the point that it was inedible. Naturally, I requested a replacement.
The person I spoke to on the phone made the situation even more frustrating. As our conversation was coming to an end, he remained silent instead of saying anything or prompting me, as most food service employees are trained to do, leaving me sitting in awkward silence, waiting for him to speak… After several minutes of enduring both Domino’s incredibly annoying phone system and this painfully slow conversation, I finally managed to get a replacement order sent out.
It took about 45 minutes to arrive. At first glance, the pizza looked fine in the dark, so I didn’t think much of it. But once I brought it inside, it was still undercooked. To make matters worse, it seemed to have the garlic butter on the crust–even though I explicitly told the guy on the phone: “no garlic butter on the crust.”
So yes, I received two raw pizzas in a row from the same location. I spent $30 on pizzas that I couldn’t even eat. I didn’t order pizza to cook it myself–I ordered it because I’m disabled & physically exhausted. Do they really expect me to finish cooking it myself?
Even more frustrating, how do two raw pizzas get sent to the same person back-to-back? It almost feels like the second raw pizza was just sent intentionally. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer for the past year, but after this experience, I can’t say I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon–if ever. This has left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.

just ordered delivery, and im very happy with my order. i made a mistake, but the woman who answered the phone was communicative and helpful. i was still able to receive my order and it was super quick, too. i appreciate it alot. i wish i had more money to tip, i would.

Went for the first time today. Awesome experience. Even though they were pretty busy, the guy cooking the pizzas greeted me with a smile and apologized to me for the wait. Which I came in to order and didn’t online. Even then the wait was not long. Great team they have in there! And the freaking pizza was delicious!!!!!!! UPDATE : Went again today. Pizza was under cooked. Oct.10th 5:30pm. I thoroughly did not enjoy the pizza this 3rd time I ordered. If you want a good pizza then go when the ( im not being mean when I say this) guy with a crooked eye is cooking the pizzas!!!! He is totally awesome! Very corteuos and makes on hell of a delicious pizza!!

Shout out to Dustin, the general manager and the employees at the William J Bryan location in Bryan, Texas for all of their hard work and dedication to the community. The staff at this location went above and beyond!!! The pizza tasted great, but the feeling that I got in my heart when I was able to Share my story and hear the story of the employees that worked there was even better.

Guy on the phone hung up on me when asking if I could have a text instead of knock for my delivery. I’m assuming he hung up on me because it was too much work for him. Will definitely never order from this location ever again.

I ordered a 14” thin sausage pizza. I pick up my order and I am given a large pepperoni pizza. I contacted the store because I was picking this up before work and Amanda who answered was very short and had an attitude. I asked to speak with the manager and she said they were not in. I asked for the number to the store manager and she said they were dealing with a family emergency. The entire time on the phone her attitude was very off putting. She said it would take her 20 minutes to remake my pizza in which I didn’t have time. She even complained stating that she is at work by herself. This all made me uncomfortable with coming back to the store. As I am speaking she hung the phone up in my face. I will never order anything from here again and I’ll make sure to let my friends and family know as well. How do you get upset with the customer if you made a mistake? And why is she the only one working?

Would have been a five star except that I did not receive any of the sauces I ordered. Pizza and Parmesan bread bites are perfect. Order delivered super fast, especially for 8PM on a Friday night.
