I ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce for my three-year-old daughter and four-year-old niece. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked and extremely hard — so much so that the kids didn’t want to eat it. It didn’t appear to have any sauce on it at all, and the crust was baked too hard to enjoy.
I’ve ordered thin crust from this location before and had a much better experience, so this was really disappointing. I didn’t feel like cooking, but I ended up having to make something else for the kids because they refused to eat the pizza. They both complained about how hard it was. Very let down by the quality this time.

This Domino’s location really impressed me — it’s easily one of the cleanest and best-run pizza places I’ve ever been to. The store was spotless and well-organized, and you could tell the team here takes pride in what they do. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently from start to finish, which honestly surprised me in the best way.
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. It wasn’t the typical “grab your food and go” type of visit — you could feel the positive energy and professionalism from the whole team.
As for the food, it was excellent. Everything came out right on time, fresh, hot, and made exactly to order. The pizza was perfectly cooked with great flavor and quality ingredients. Every detail was spot-on — nothing was missed, and the consistency was impressive.
Overall, this Domino’s exceeded expectations in every way: clean, efficient, friendly, and delicious. This location really raises the bar for what a pizza chain experience can be

My husband and I ordered pizza last night. We paid over 30.00 and I was not able to even taste the pizza that I ordered for myself. I have food allergies as well as specific health issues and my pizza has to be ordered a certain way so there were 2 pizzas purchased. Once delivered there was no receipt attached. Once we opened my pizza one item that I left specific instructions for it not to be added due to my food allergies was in fact on the pizza. My husband contacted the location where we ordered from and he was told that because we did not have a receipt with an order number that there was nothing that they could do. So I went back on line and found the order and took a screen shot. It did not have the order number on the screen shot but it had everything else including where it showed that the food item that was added on the pizza should not have been there. I also took a picture of bothe pizzas with this particular product on top. I called back and politely asked to speak with manager. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice and said that there was a manager available but asked if there was anything that she could help me with. I thanked her for the offer but Informed her that I really needed to speak with manager. I was placed on hold and a different young lady came to the phone. I spoke to the young lady and began to explain to her that my husband had just called in reference to a pizza delivery that we received and one of the pizzas were made n correctly. As I proceeded to inform her of my food allergy to the item she cut me off and asked for my address. I gave her my address and then asked for her name. She gave me her name ,in a combative tone, and proceeds to tell me that she was the one who made the pizza and that she knows for a fact that the item was not on there, that I was seeing something else. I explained to her that I had both pizzas on the counter opened, side by side and they both had this additive on it. She became quiet. Verified her name and title and she told me that her name was Taylor and she was not the manager but the assistant manager. I then told her how allergic I was to this item and was hospitalized and ventilated due to this item some years ago. She remained silent, there were no apologies, she did not offer to remake the pizza that was untouched and is still sitting on my kitchen counter untouched this morning. I got ABSOLUTELY nothing!!! I asked Taylor for her corporate number and she told me 1-800- Dominos. I thank her and told her to have a nice evening. The individuals who are hired in these companies do not give a hill of beans about customer service or customer satisfaction. They have their minds set on mistakes that they make being an our problem instead of taking accountability of their actions. Whether it’s 1.00 or 100.00 spent it was my money wasted and still had to go out and purchase something else when on my day off, that I decided to stay in and paid for a delivery service that was wrong on the company’s behalf….And I guarantee you that the company does nothing about it. Wih actions such as this coming from a leader/manager, why should we expect anything different from the rest of the staff? How many people have they done this too and no one says anything? Is this right? Why should I loose because a person makes a mistake and does not want to fix it?

It’s clean but pizza is usually over baked (brown cheese, not even cheesy anymore) and the “premium chicken” tastes like something out of an expired MRE. Wish the other location in Beaumont was still open.

The restaurant’s new design is sleek and fun. The added booths compared to the last iteration of this chain from two years ago give it a more inviting feel to the building. The cook staff is polite and friendly. Though I can’t say much of their delivery, the times I have delivered have been punctual. Overall a good experience!

Best Dominos I’ve ever been to. Pizza made well by friendly staff. Great value. The pizza place is clean and spacious. They even have little perks like a pizza making viewing station for kids, cell phone charging station for while you wait for pizza, and of course the pizza tracker.

I simply wanted to enjoy a nice Sunday evening with my family and order Domino’s. We received the worst pizza/presentation ever. The thin crust pizza was burnt and overcooked. When I bit into the crust, it felt like I was eating chips or crackers. The pizza cinnamon twist looked pale and was undercooked with little to no cinnamon drizzle. The Buffalo wild wings looked raw with little Buffalo sauce we couldnt eat this food. Domino’s should be embarrassed by giving this to anyone, especially because you see the food before you place the food in boxes. It’s really sad and a waste of money. #proof is in the photos smh

The portions were generous, but the pizza was kinda dry. Thank God for air fryers! Just as important, though… the customer service was poor. To avoid the workers getting annoyed with customers who rarely frequent this franchise, perhaps the cashier could be specific when asking for the zip code… address zip on account, or billing zip for credit, debit cards etc. Once getting pizza out of air fryer, it wasn’t so bad. It wasn’t fresh, but it wasn’t horrible. Don’t argue with me, argue with the photos
