I have only had two orders messed up, missing ideas from this store twice in last 5 years. My biggest grief with my store is delivery’s had allot of long time put into ordersi wanted ordered and then only to find out there is no delivery drivers and then I’m stuck with being upset so don’t eat or make a crap chip an dip night of it. Still suspect on this is touch and go. Last time was a couple weeks ago mybe mouth not sure on covid time. Pizza is always good never had a cold one, pastas good, salad good.
On just got a order now looks great, smells great, only had one pizza in the box was smuched up. No big deal but just reporting what it is! I recommend this Dom. For all your weekend events or what ever.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they both got damaged. Both had the tops smashed in on them and had the toppings sticking to the cardboard. I tried my best to just scrape it off but the wet cardboard came off with the cheese. The cheese dip was also burnt and nasty. I’ve tried to contact the store for 3 days now with no answer. I’ve submitted complaints to corporate with no responses. I’ve tweeted @Dominos and they replied telling me to submit a complaint so I did so once again just now.
While I’m here leaving this review, I might as well let you know that nobody will greet you or even ask if you need anything when you walk in. They see you standing there at the counter and they just keep on working without any acknowledgement whatsoever, so I have to call them over to me, “excuse me, I’m here to pick up an order”. It’s ridiculous. At this point, I just want my money back or a brand new order from a different location.

I got the oven baked pasta from here and I got all the way home and it was just dry chicken and dry noodles no sauce I just paid for something I can eat I will never again

My cheese dip wasn’t dip, it was a thin layer of solid cheese, burnt to the bottom of the the pan. The pizza was also over done, lacked flavor and was dry, like they forgot the sauce, or it was dried up while cooking. Didn’t have any tots available, waiting for refund for two I ordered. Ordered on the app, around 5:40 pm. Got my order in less than 30 minutes. Would have preferred to wait 45 minutes for better quality.

Horrible experience. Ordered a pizza some Parmesan bites and a coke around 9pm. Driver doesn’t show up til around 10:30 and forgot my coke. She says she will bring it back and I wait and never see her. She goes BACK to the store and when I call, she answers. She swears she called me 6 times and I never answered. When I asked her to repeat my number she had the area code wrong. My number is correct in the system because it’s on my receipt and she used it on the initial delivery. She then came back and brought my drink and said I’d be credited for the terrible service. There was no credit and when I call with my actual number I can’t get through to the store, but when I call with another number I’m out through in minutes which lets me know my number is flagged. I spoke to a manager named Jessie and he said he’d look into it. While we were on the phone he had me hold while he switched terminals and I got hung up on. I called back immediately but did it with my original number and could not get through even though I held for 30 minutes just to have a record in my call log. I called from a side number and like magic I was able to speak to someone again in a few minutes. Now I’m being told that as the MANAGER, he can’t seem to locate the order and even if he does he can’t do anything about it so he has to talk to the district manager for assistance. I’m just getting the runaround at this point. I’ve done so much business with dominoes back home and other places and this is the first time I’ve ran into this service. The store number is #6746. Do not recommend. Very poor handling of this situation.

Ordered 40 dollars worth of pizza last night.. waited in store 48 minutes for order. As I’m waiting the two workers was arguing who closed last night because things was missing the whole time. I noticed not one time did the pizza cutter wash the pizza cutter after 12 pizzas so I asked can you please wash the pizza cutter when my pizzas come out my kids are allergic to pepperoni/pineapple and mushrooms ignored me said nothing while still arguing with workers. Step outside 10 minutes later my phone says order ready. Get home its pineapple/ pepperoni pieces on my pizzas. I know he didn’t put on the pizza because i watched him make it. So the pizza cutter didn’t wash as asked. Called and called no answer the whole night. We had to throw everything away I will be calling soon as open today.

Worst service that i have experienced. They took 15 mins more than the normal carryout time, while the order was placed 1 hour before. when i opened the box and found that the pizza was overcooked and all the topping were entirely burned. Now all i want is refund from dominos.
