Even if you are starving – DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! We ordered our pizza at 8:20pm and by 9:50 we were calling and calling to figure out where he was because the store is literally 9 minutes away from our location! AND HE FORGOT OUR DRINK. The drivers name was Steve.
The pizza was cold, not even made correctly and our drink was forgotten. They would not give us a reason as to why they were late with our order. Still made us pay for an incorrectly made, cold pizza that was TWO AND A HALF HOURS after we ordered and didn’t even complete the full order.
Please just don’t do it. Order something else. They literally suck. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any food establishment.

I’m still waiting for a damn pizza order I placed at 2:39pm. Where he hell did this individual deliver it to ? Clearly the delivery instructions say Best Western and the room number. The worst dominos in the world!!!! Worst customer service and they say it’s ready than you still have to wait 30 minutes for your food AFTER you ordered and paid online. The employees are always angry and mess up orders or under cook items. Don’t go here! Go to Pizza Hut!

I don’t know where to start. I ordered online, and 45 minutes later, my food had not arrived. My app showed delivered. When I called the store, they said the food was coming. I waited another 15 minutes, but they never received my order. I called again. This time a lady told me that my food was just leaving the store, long story short never received the order when I request a refund they treated me like I was crazy, I asked for some proof that the refund was already done because in my bank was showing as a pending withdraw, that lady in the front counter had no customer skills she told me to wait 5 days and come back again, I asked again for some receipt, something to prove that I never received my order, she told me that she didn’t have anything for me, when I asked to speak ro the manager she refunded the transaction right away. I’m sorry, but not even if it is my last choice, I’ll never order from this place again.

I’ve had two back-to-back disappointing experiences with this location. Since it’s close to my workplace, I thought it would be convenient to order lunch for our team. I scheduled both orders online for 10:45 AM to have everything ready by our 11:30 lunch break—and paid in advance.
Unfortunately, both times, my order was canceled without notice. No call, no explanation. When I arrived, I was simply told the order had been canceled and had to place a new one on the spot, delaying everything while my team waited.
To make matters worse, the staff member I interacted with on both occasions was rude and unhelpful. This location clearly lacks basic customer service and communication. I strongly recommend others in the area avoid ordering from here.
I would give zero stars if the system allowed, but one star is the lowest possible.

Avoid this location needs a better store manager. Spencer Fairmont and lawndale are great locations maybe far but can’t beat great service. If your looking for delivery forget about it scroll down you can see it has been terrible for a long time and will continue to do so.

I normally do curbside pick up or counter pick up and the service is great and prompt. I’ve done delivery and the wait is a little longer than normal, though I always get an apology pizza after. This location is not far from my home so we like to pick it up. Service at the counter has been friendly and fast and when brought to my car, it has been correct every time. This location takes it’s time to prepare pizza and they always look pretty, like the pictures. Will continue to order from here.
