First, I placed an order at 6:03pm. It wasn’t ready until right before I pulled up at 6:45, for a pizza that was supposed to be ready within 12 to 20 minutes. After arriving at the store at 6:45, Jonathan at the register is on the phone. He makes no acknowledgment that I’m standing at the register and I’m the only person in line. He sets the phone down, speaks with another employee, goes back to his phone call, still with no acknowledgment. When he finishes his call, I said to him, how about, “Good afternoon, I’ll be right with you,” a very simple customer service response. I told him that would be better than just leaving me stand here like an idiot. He changes his tone and says, you ain’t gonna call me an idiot. I tell him, I did not, I said you left me standing here like an idiot. I told him, he is not gonna tell me I said something that I did not just because he has no customer service skills. He got louder, I followed suit. His manager came over and I explained the situation. I know, as he doesn’t work for me, I cannot request disciplinary action against this associate; I can though request a discount for how I was talked to. So I did. The manager apologized for his worker’s action but told me he was unable to provide me a discount as a coupon was already applied to the order. He told me I could just leave with the pizza without paying but that I would be in the wrong if I did. I ended up paying the full total of the order. Thus, Domino’s; MAC Pizza Management, Inc; Larry Johnson, the manager; and Jonathan remain the ones in the wrong, offering nothing to correct this issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINO’S! No customer should be treated this way.

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with onions, along with a 2-liter of pop and a cookie-brownie. The order arrived about 45 minutes later, but when I opened the box, the pizza had meat on it. I’m a vegetarian, and my receipt clearly showed that I did not order any meat. I called the store back on 12/6/2025 at 12:56 PM and let the employee know I still wanted the pizza, just remade correctly. He said they would remake it and send it out.
After waiting almost two hours with no update, I called again. They told me the pizza hadn’t even been started. I asked for a refund for the pizza, while still paying for the cookie and 2-liter, but was told they “don’t do refunds” and could only offer a store credit that can’t be used anywhere else. I only order Domino’s maybe once a year, and the only reason I ordered this time was because DoorDash prices were outrageous and the pizza was 50% off.
The woman I spoke to on the second call at 2:29 PM was polite, but I’d be lying if I said I was interested in giving this location another chance.

This restaurant is spectacular the manager here worked 18 straight hours during Hurricane Beryl! I wanted to make sure we recognized these hard working employees! They showed shear perseverance and definitely inspired me to do more! Let’s remember who was there for us!!

I want to pay the biggest compliment to Ms. Maddison who was there working single handedly by herself at 10am this morning. There were MULTIPLE simultaneous orders coming in due to the Christmas School Parties happening at nearby schools and I watched this amazing young lady effortlessly and diligently hit her mark with every person that walked in to pick up their order. She deserves both the biggest raise and adequate team support/help during high demand time frames like the one I witnessed today. Kudos to you Ms. Madison!

Really disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s. It took over an hour just to prepare the pizza, which is ridiculous for what’s supposed to be a quick service place. By the time it was ready, I’d completely lost my appetite. Definitely not recommended

If you want anything from here that isn’t delivery, order an hour ahead. There are people always working in here, and working hard, but they can never catch up with their orders. Maybe they need corporate to step in or something but this location is very obviously struggling. Just see all the other reviews about order timing. Sad.

Ordered a large from a store credit for bringing back on of their bags that a delivery Driver somehow lost on Highway 6 which i found by running it over. The store card readers were down so we couldn’t purchase additional items such as drinks. They had to come back twice to confirm what to put on the pizza because they kept forgetting us. 12-15 minutes they said. 45 minutes later it’s done. The pizza is droopy and rips apart into pieces when we try to pick up the slices. Not cut and not cooked long enough. Bad service, bad product. I don’t recommend this Domino’s. I won’t comment on the professionalism of the staff except to say it’s time to hire new people. That’s the last time we do a favor for Domino’s.

This place suuuuuckkks! I ordered a sandwich and waited in the lobby. While I waited, all I heard was the staff going back and forth, arguing and cussing at each other. I was glad to leave… I started to eat aaaaannnnd there was a scant amount of meat in the sandwich. This place is terrible and I will never return. ❌❌❌
