At one point this place was 5 stars. If you are picking up in store it’s okay but if it’s delivery it’s hit or miss. Kathy is awesome if she is your delivery driver. If not, good luck. Once I got the notification my order was on the way it took 50 minutes to receive my order. As you would expect the pizza was soggy and to add insult the box was crushed and part of my pizza was on the top of the lid. I drove up to the store and they did remake it.. but that was it. No sorry, no concession on the next order to try to win my business back, nothing. It’s the small things dominos, mistakes happen, it’s how you respond to those mistakes that factors into customer retention.

I have tried ordering on my desktop but am always invited to try again later. Today I tried the app but was not pleased and will not use it again. The pizza was not ready on arrival at the time the app said it would be. So much for computers and AI. Anyhow, they had plenty of available tables so I sat and waited about ten minutes. I found the interior to be very clean and the staff very professional and polite. The pizza was nice and hot when I got it back to the house. A very good experience except for the corporate back office, and I will not hold that against them.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this particular Domino’s location. When I placed my order, I was assured it would arrive within 7 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half without any sign of my food. Eventually, I had no choice but to cancel my order.
What’s more frustrating is their claim on the website that they will rectify any mistakes, which proved to be false in my case. For anyone considering this Domino’s, I recommend saving your time and looking elsewhere. I certainly won’t be returning to this location again.

Ordered an ‘overn baked chicken alfredo’ pasta $6.99 and some other items. To our surprise, the plate only had about 20 penne pasta pieces and about 4 small chicken pieces. The plate (bowl) used to be halfway filled every time we ordered. For $6.99. This is not what they should provide. This location used to be somewhat better than other Dominos locations. Lately, this location have been been lacking the quality they had about a year ago. So cold quality check is just a gimmick. I would only order in the shop so I can check the quality and quantity myself prior to paying and picking up.

My app didn’t work so i called the store number. To my surprise the girl was so professional and patient. Is it a call center? She was so courteous and even applied the app coupon to my order. She took away my frustration with the error on the app.
I got my pizzas and they were GREAT. the right amount of ingredients and the pizzas were fresh and the extra cheese i paid for was accurate. The Pizza bread was so good and soft and crispy on the crust . It must have been my lucky day. The employees inside were very courteous and respectul also.

Excellent pizza and friendly staff. However the pizza toppings aren’t consistent. When i ask for extra toppings some of the staff will do an excellent job at giving you your moneys worth. Then other times they seem like regular amount of toppings which is ridiculous, since i paid 8 bucks extra for more toppings like the other day and it seemed like a regular amount of toppings. Also need to make sure they cut the pizza all the way through. I have to go back with pizza cutter sometimes.
Update 10/2/2022 the toppings amount has gotten better. Their pizza is by far my favorite especially the Brooklyn style. I usually try to wait for really good coupons or just carryout because its like 1/3 the cost than if i got delivery. The tip and delivery fee and then the carryout coupon is really good compared to regular coupons.
12/1/2022 Update their pizza is still really good but they put too much crust at times on the brooklyn pizza and not as thin as it has been which is annoying. Id get the hand tossed if i wanted it and thats not what i want.
6/23/2023 Update: I havent been eating here at all because they never have my Mr.Pibb so no point with the coupon smdh!
Update10/6/24: now they discontinued salami. I guess they dont want business that was one of the main toppings i used to get havent even gone in weeks because the salami has been missing and thought they just ran out. Guess ill stick to marcos or little ceasers then. Im so sad and mad.
Update 1/9/26 I don’t get why they cant put extra meat, the pizza was so good today. Added picture how it this extra sausage..? And not much ham which is hidden under the cheese. And last time i ordered extra beef for mom and they barely put any at all. Like don’t say its extra beef or sausage when its not. Unless they put so little in the first place. I could have saved 3 dollars and got a pizza with less toppings if they aren’t gonna give u extra toppings.

We eat here probably twice a week. My hubby is addicted to the mild buffalo wings. I usually get the chicken carbonara pasta and the parmesan bread bites. It is always fast, hot, and delicious and the car side service is exceptional. Also love that they are open till midnight. I haven’t had a complaint yet!

Dissatisfaction!!! Ordered two pizzas and they were tasty but you had to struggle to pull a slice up because they didn’t fully cut in between the slices. Called the manager and all he said was they were busy and and he could credit my account for one pizza and not two. When it tells you they do qualify check, they are absolutely not doing so!!! And if they don’t cut it right, they don’t stand on they will redo your pizza. Lies lies lies!!!
