I only gave them a one because there wasn’t an option for anything less. When I received my pizza tonight it was the wrong pizza. I immediately called the restaurant and the kid that answered asked if I got the Philly Cheesesteak pizza and I responded yes. He then told me that I needed to hold on and wait for the manager. I told him I didn’t want to wait for the manager, I just wanted my pizza. He told me to hold on. He never did put the call on hold and I could hear the manager and the kid talking about me. The manager got in the phone and the issue escalated from there. She was rude, disrespectful and a horrible representation of this business when I asked for a refund after going round and and round with her, she stated that I would have to go there for my refund. I’m not sure who owns this place but there have to be better managerial candidates than this girl.

Unfortunately I love Dominoes because this one is awful they allow the staff to speak to customer’s as they please I had a huge issue with undercooked beef, pork, and chicken and paid allot for my order and the shift manager Tabbi was allowed to treat me with disrespect she will get “talked” to…. For not only not trying to resolve my problem but hanging up on me twice making it clear she was not concerned about the repercussions from the store manager, I asked that she call and apologize and that the supervisor call me that never happened but when I called to get the order replaced a week later the supervisor was working at the store and said she never found time… then wanted to only replace the undercooked items which was 4 of the six items I ordered because the staff pulled my food early from the oven due to having a time to meet! She did replace the whole order but was reluctant, was my issues resolved?NO! Hopefully the corporate office will be more understanding and make sure all of their employees treat customer’s better and retrain at all level’s not only safe handling procedure’s but how important customer satisfaction is, will update this review until then beware that your food is cooked because if not getting the problem resolved is like pulling teeth and the staff will most definitely not be required to treat you with respect don’t expect it!

Their pizza is really good, I think the best in town. It’s a shame that this location cannot deliver a correct/complete order. Last time, they did not bring the salad with the pizza. This time they did not bring the drink. Three strikes your out.

Don’t work here. Not even for spare cash like I tried to do. It’s been 2 weeks since I was supposed to be paid, and the manager just messaged me right before closing telling me the check was delivered to the store right before Thanksgiving. This is after Bianca kept dodging my phone calls, and the managers hid in the office rather than speak to me. Also they’ll drop the pans on the floor and still cook food on them without washing them. Terrible place with juveniles working there. You can’t keep people’s money from them and expect a good review. I’ll never order from this Domino’s, if I want Pizza I’ll go to Pizza and hut or Little Caesar’s.
