Delivery took over an hour!! Ordered at 1:08pm and our food didn’t arrive until 2:17pm!!! Food arrived cold and the pizzas were overcooked. This was the absolute worst pizza ive ever ate! I’ll go with Pizza Hut from now on at least their food arrives hot and the delivery never takes an hour!!!

Worst Domino’s store, EVER!!! They have gotten my order wrong, so many times. Every time I get a lame excuse of “We’re really busy” or “I’m the only one on” and my personal favorite “We’re only human.” My question, What’s the point of having a quality check step if you’re not checking that what was made matches the order? The amount of food that is in this order is child’s play. I remember when the food was to the brim, now it barely covers the bottom. Not to mention, I paid for delivery and had to go get the replacement. Domino’s needs to look at their system. If this ever happens again your locations need to be able to refund the delivery charge. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be using a different location and if they continue to screw things up, I’m absolutely done with Domino’s.

I ordered online originally ordered a sandwich took my shower waiting on it to be delivery I had a missed call & left a voicemail saying they are out of bread call back I called they said they’re out of bread what would I like to replace it with I said Alfredo pasta so when my food gets here this is exactly what I got barley anything looks rushed and thrown together and I took one bite wasn’t appetizing at all so I didn’t eat it now I’m going to bed without dinner after a 12 hour shift and 1 hour drive home very disappointed and irritated

We placed an online order at 9:32 pm. Arrived and paid for food around 9:45. It’s 10:05. Food was cold, undercooked and not fresh. Plus I ordered bbq wings and they gave us buffalo. Place was way too slow to not get our order right and not cook the pizza properly.

The manager killed my experience. She constantly berated the employes, telling them to do things in front the customers instead of pulling them to the side. She told one employee to put his hair up over his collar when hers was not. She told another (in front of everyone” if he did not button his shirt up he could clock out and GO HOME, when in fact hers was wide open and you could clearly see her flat chest. She also was on the phone speaking talking to someone and excitedly told the in-store employees what was going on. This manager in my experience was unprofessional. Because of what she was doing it made the food take longer to be ready. The worse part is this is not the first time she has done this.

I usually order Pizza Hut, bc I stopped ordering Dominos 2 years ago, since they never get the order right, they’ll cancel deliveries just for it being 50° and sprinkling outside, etc. However, tonight, my husband ordered Dominos. Yep, still the same. I got a light drizzle of wing sauce on my buffalo wings. Not enough sauce to even cover one wing. They also tasted like they came from a bag out of the frozen section at Food Town. Not even the Tyson ones, like, the store brand. Do not recommend this place, at all. As for the pizza, my husband likes cardboard, I guess…. What else can I say? Oh, they left out my ranch. They not saucin, y’all…

Ordered online, which was easy and convenient, was given an estimated time of 36-45 mins, but my order was done in less than 20 mins. When I picked up my pizza it was hot and fresh. The cook, I think her name is Bethany?,,,was answering the phone taking orders as well as making the food all by herself! Got home and my pizza was delicious!!!

This location is similar to all others. However; after our order is delivered today, we are very likely not going to patronize further. The last time we had an issue with a delivery driver having no change despite the fact that they are obligated to. Today, the app advised that we can longer order and pay in cash unless the order is less than $30 which is ridiculous. Forcing customers into a specific payment type or limiting what can otherwise be ordered will ensure that this household goes elsewhere.
