The next time I ordered pizza from this location on my part, I put the wrong apartment number, but I called within three minutes of them saying that my order was in the oven multiple times and they did not answer by the time they answered my food had just went out for delivery. When I asked them to contact the delivery driver, they called him and he said that he had already tried to attempt to deliver the pizza and called multiple times, but I have phone records showing that he never attempted to call once. Not to mention, I was outside waiting for the pizza to arrive. In the wrong apartment number is only a few doors down from me.
This last time I ordered a pizza I asked for toppings to be split. I only wanted certain toppings on half of the pizza, which I don’t think is a hard request over half of my pizza was covered in a certain topping that everybody else didn’t eat and I was also missing toppings on my pizza. When I called to let the restaurant know, they told me to send a video and picture of the pizza so that way they could decide if the pizza needed to be remade and sent out. After sending the picture and video of the pizza I called back to the restaurant to let them know I’ve sent the footage and they tried to tell me that on their side they can see that half of the pizza has what I requested that it’s not more than half of it And then proceed to say that they can also see that the topping I mentioned that wasn’t there isn’t there but as for the other topping being all over the pizza, there’s nothing they could do about it. I got angry and I let them know that if they’re looking at the video footage that I sent them it’s on over half of the pizza not to mention a slice was already eaten by one of the kids who was just hungry and didn’t care. But for everybody else who doesn’t eat that what are they supposed to do? After going back-and-forth, they decided to remake my pizza and have it resent out.
RIDICULOUS
Why even offer curbside pickup if it isn’t actually being provided? To make things worse, the receipt was placed inside one of my pizza boxes, right on top of the pizza — completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
Very disappointing experience and poor attention to detail. I do not recommend ordering from this location.
I never ate one piece, because Im allergic to tomatoes and the red sauce. Let’s just say, she caused Domino’s to lose a loyal, high- tipping customer.
