Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience at this Domino’s location. From the beginning there was clear disorganization — they got our order wrong and one pizza was missing. We were told to wait in the car because they would bring the order out to us. We waited patiently while watching them hand out numerous orders to other customers.
After a long time with no update, we finally went inside to ask what was going on. That’s when we discovered our pizzas had been sitting there the entire time — cold and forgotten. No one followed up, no one checked on the order, and no one seemed to take responsibility.
Mistakes can happen, but the lack of attention, accountability, and basic respect for a customer’s time is unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve its organization and customer service.

Ordered a People’s Choice pizza, specifically requested with their robusta marinara sauce instead of their standard. Pizza was all right, decent but not what I ordered with the Marinara Robusta sauce. Then I called the store to asky why, all they had was an answering machine repeating itself over and over. This store sucks to be honest, they can’t even answer a phone call for a restaurant, I wonder what they are doing?

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt this pizza place deserves one now because they’ve definitely improved. About six months ago, I noticed a lot of staff changes — the team back then wasn’t very friendly, and the pizzas were often overheated or even overcooked.
This week I picked up an order, and the difference was clear. The staff seemed more organized and welcoming, and I could tell they’ve added more personnel, especially in the kitchen. The pizza itself was excellent — cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
It’s great to see how much they’ve turned things around, and I’ll definitely be coming back more often now

So we placed an order knowing that the delivery time was 55-65 minutes. We called once we saw our order being in “quality control” for 30 minutes! The guy that answered said that he was sorry and they had been slammed but our order was “bagged up and heading out the door”. (The story is 10 minutes way).
After another 30 minutes we got the same guy saying that it was now being bagged up!!!
After a total of two hours, our pizza was delivered cold and tastes worse than shoe leather.
Only positive was the delivery guy who apologized and wished us a Merry Christmas.
We will not make this mistake again! (Keep up the good work delivery guy!)

I was very disappointed my first visit to this store and i ordered Pan pizza and it’s thickness is of a normal pizza, the dough is not cooked properly as shown in pictures. Seems some one replaced a regular dough in pan pizza. I am frequent customer of dominos I know the difference and I am no way going to get pizza from them again. This location services people who pay good money I would have expected nothing less than perfection but I guess management also did not do quality check on what pizza dough was used.

I ordered a pizza with beef, and when my order arrived, there was no beef on it. I called the restaurant, and the automated system repeated the same message for five minutes. After waiting, they finally answered and apologized for the mistake. The delivery driver eventually came back with my order and took the incorrect pizza, but there was barely any meat on the replacement. Honestly, it was terrible service. I will never order from them again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s. There was a clear lack of hygiene—staff were handling food without gloves, which made me very uncomfortable. The front desk person was rude and unprofessional, and to make things worse, my order was made incorrectly twice. This shows a lack of care and attention to customers. I will not be returning and hope management addresses these serious issues.

Go to the Highland Knolls Location. This location is AWFUL! Not sure why we are zoned, for delivery, to this location but back to Little Caesars we go. Get quoted 25-35 minutes, then EVERY SINGLE TIME it’s changes to 1-1.5 hours for delivery. Geez the Highland Knolls Location is closer to just drive and pick it up. Already paying $4.50 delivery fee just for delivery to have pizza during the football game. Awful app updates and delivery personnel are rude, except for tonights delivery driver. Highland Knolls location for the win. This location is subpar compared to the great location up the road.
