Lauren that works there, is awesome!! I asked them after years of living in what I believed to be a dead zone, why that was. Lauren was welcoming and heard my story and told me why the several locations near me don’t deliver. Gave me a pamphlet for the location that dont appear on the app and told me I could now get delivery. I told them I would still come to this location because they make it worth the drive for their pizzas!! Always perfect !!! Lauren made the pizza in the picture by the way…one of two!

I absolutely love ordering from this dominoes location. My pizza is always hot and even the curbside order are on time and even if they are behind like one minute the communicate that with me. I’m pretty sure they know my BBQ Pizza orders by heart! Thanks ladies and gents for all of your hard work & management included!

I never had issues with them, but the other day my family had to wait extra hour of the delivery time as promised. They did deliver the pizza, and to compensate for the extra wait time, they send me a free pizza to redeem in email. It doesn’t work. The store told me I had to contact dominos support, I contacted them twice. Dominions support send an email to me to tell them the details such as the time frame of when it happened, and what store, etc. they said once they receive that Info they will fix it. But they have not fixed it since.

I placed a order and after doing so no where was I told how long it will take after trying to reach out to the store for 20 minutes on hold I was hung up on. Now I want to cancel it it normally takes 15 minutes to get here it’s been 40 minutes and the dominoes tracker says it’s not even reached the “bake” section yet. I have places to be and don’t have time to be waiting an excessive amount of time on a unprofessionally managed business.

Absolutely horrible service yesterday . I usually have great help when I order from here, last night a woman argued with my husband over leaving a pizza at the wrong house without letting us know it was at our door then flat out told us the house delivered didn’t have a bbq pit outside showing it was delivered wrong and instead of giving a discount or helping they make us wait longer to bring us our pizza with no concern or ownership for mistake ! Completely unprofessional! Corporate can contact me ! Management can contact me cause this is ridiculous! Most favor apps even take a pic of the house to show they delivered it ! No free pizza , no discount , and not even an apology. Do not order from here order from a different location they can’t even deliver to correct house and will argue with the customer over it

I don’t know how they are in business in our small town old Katy we should have a meeting and clean up the town and the first want to be blackballed on the list should be this location Domino’s horrible service horrible food I gave them a chance a few times still couldn’t get right.
