I had to hop on here to give this location 5 stars. I accidentally dropped my pizza on the ground, and even though the “pizza insurance” promo isn’t going on right now, they still kindly replaced it. On top of that, everyone was super cool and understanding. Amazing service!

After many pick-up orders over the last few years, I have decided the convenience isn’t worth it. I will drive twice as far to avoid this place going forward. The consistency of the basics (quantity of sauce, cheese, baking time) is fair/poor. Order accuracy, even with the simplest of customizations, is poor. Helpfulness/friendliness of checkout staff is hit or miss – generally ok, but one person there is consistently awful and very bad at their job.

My 3rd time ordering at this location never had any issues until last night. I ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and received a paper thin crust. Called the next morning to speak with someone about it and was told unfortunately its nothing they can do since its the next day. If you cared about your customers and their money you would make things right.

Please don’t choose this branch. Quality and taste not good. They put very minimum toppings and premium chicken they use is not taste and looks like low quality chicken when compared to other branch. Also, they didn’t follow the instructions in the online order.

Y’all, Liz at our highland knolls in Katy Texas store has got this kick ass pizza aura covered! I don’t know how long it’s been since I’ve had pizza this good…. We got a thin crust with Italian sausage and green olives and the crust is like baklava or croissants… So freaking good! And the Philly cheese steak stuffed crust? So much for my diet but it’s worth every damn calorie!

placed pizza at 6:51 pm still haven’t gotten pizza and it’s 2 hours later. so finally at 8:57pm i get a notification pizza is otw . I already ordered Chinese which came in 30 minutes . The pizza app was not updated they don’t answer the phones. I called over 10 times finally got someone on the phone to let them know I don’t want it . IF u are close to this store DONT ORDER from them .

I dont recommend this place at all i order 4 large pizzas last night and they were all burn i spent Close to $40 just to trash them i have a disabled mom and just cant feed her that,i called last night and no answer,i then tried again today and spoke to the manager Maya who didnt care about giving me my refund for my messed up orderits not the first time i order this type of pizza i never like to complain about anything but this time i wasnt gonna stay quiet,this place is not worth your money and staff ia very rude,i will file a complaint with corporate as well and other places,i will post the picture, i will stop buying here from now on.
