Had a complaint prior, but there was swift action taken on that it seems.
Went in and ordered 4 larges for the family, every pizza was cut perfectly, no mistakes on the order.
I usually just get the two topping medium deal but four large pizzas are going to be days of left overs.
Really enjoy the philly steak with bell pepper.
Fast and easy service, just 15 minutes and a ton of food for the price.

The west Columbia Domino’s is one of the best Domino’s I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service from the ones who answer the phone and work the window, to the delivery drivers have always been courteous and shown great customer service. I recently placed order via phone with this location. Male employee took my order, i don’t want to post his name to single him out. He wasn’t rude but seemed annoyed. He said “You need something else?” 4x in our 3-4 min conversation… and when I asked for my pizza to be cut in a particular way, as I needed more slices to go around (from reg 6 slices to 8) he questioned it.. you need it cut into 8??.. Yes sir I said.
My request wasn’t even on the receipt therefore he didn’t bother to put it on my order. Idk my phone experience was not the best, but the lady who gave me my order was great. That’s why I rated it the way I did.

I always get great service and pizzas are exactly what I order. Employees are always so sweet to my dogs when we pick up. Only complaint is that they won’t deliver to Bar X Ranch. Our community is beyond ready to welcome them and support this business. We are growing more every year and would be a great revenue for them.

When I went to Domino’s pizza yesterday afternoon, I ordered a medium pizza with LIGHT CHEESE AND LIGHT SAUCE and when I went to go pick it up, I opened the lid and saw a pizza with a LOT OF CHEESE AND SAUCE on it, when I asked them is this light cheese and light sauce they said yes this light cheese and light sauce. I then said no this is not light cheese and light sauce, and demanded a refund.

My driver today Robert was very professional. I always say leave it on the door step and don’t knock because the dog goes crazy however today the driver noticed my steps were wet due to the all day rain. He called me via cell not wanting to put my order on the wet steps because he didn’t want my order to get wet. Very professional. They always get it right and Moriah is always the best and gets everything perfect. Job well done guys

Unfortunately there is not many options in west Columbia. The drivers are great. I have never had a bad experience with them…however, this location cannot seems to make the orders correctly hardly ever. We love the chicken sandwiches. However we always get them dry or without something they are supposed to have on them. So we have learned that when we order to order extra sauce as well.

Not impressed with this location. I pulled up to pick up my food that I was told by their app was ready for pickup. The clerk told me they gave my order to someone else. They offered to just remake my order but it would take 20-30 minutes maybe a little longer since they were backed up. No offer of any kind compensation for my time. Just that they would remake and I could sit and wait.
