Absolutely terrible experience.
I placed a delivery order for a veggie pizza, but they delivered a meat pizza instead. When I went to the store to fix their mistake, I was met with one of the rudest, most unprofessional “managers” I’ve ever dealt with. She was visibly annoyed, raised her voice, and made it clear she didn’t care about helping at all.
When I politely asked if they could make the correct pizza as soon as possible because I had guests waiting, she told me to “wait like everyone else.” No apology, no effort to make it right — just attitude.
This happened on Saturday, October 11, 2025 around 2:00 PM, and it honestly ruined what should have been a simple pizza lunch with friends.
If this is what Domino’s calls “customer service,” it’s embarrassing. A person with zero basic manners and no problem-solving skills shouldn’t be representing the company as a manager.
Never ordering from this location again.

While attempting to place an order via your drive-through, was experiencing a significant drop in my blood sugar level, which severely impacted my ability to remain fully awake. Mr. Bailey, who was taking my order, promptly recognized my visible distress. Observing my condition and noting that the lobby was closed, he thoughtfully instructed me to pull around to the front entrance, offering to personally deliver my order to my vehicle.
His attentiveness and proactive care were truly remarkable. He immediately brought out a Lifesaver candy to help stabilize my blood sugar, demonstrating exceptional presence of mind. Throughout the unfolding situation, Mr. Bailey consistently returned to my car to check on my well-being, exhibiting genuine concern. He went above and beyond by offering to arrange for a driver to take me home or assist me in contacting someone for pickup, prioritizing my safety above all else. Furthermore, he conducted a follow-up call to ensure my safe arrival home, solidifying his deep commitment to customer welfare.
Mr. Bailey’s conduct was utterly professional, compassionate, observant, and deeply concerned for my health and safety – a level of dedication and personal responsibility I have rarely encountered in customer service. His extraordinary actions undoubtedly played a crucial role in ensuring my safe return home.
I firmly believe that Mr. Bailey’s exceptional kindness and outstanding service deserve significant recognition within your organization. Employees of his caliber are invaluable.
As a side note, the large pizza with pepperoni, bacon, and pineapple was excellent, maintaining your usual high standards.

if i could i woyld give this establishment a negative number all because of 1 person.My wife ordered what was supposed to be 2 large, 2 topping pizzas. The order was made online through the app where there was a special for those 2 pizzas at but when I made it home the pizzas were medium instead, mind you she paid an extra 3 dollars for them to be made stuff crust. I called the restaurant to let them know that the pizzas were the incorrect size. The young man that answered was dismissive and really didn’t want to talk about so he said, “to send pictures to a certain number so they can see the receipt and fix the problem”. I took pictures of the pizza along with the receipt and whoevers phone that was said that they were correct. How if the pizza boxes clearly says medium and the receipt says 2 large pizzas? Then the person proceeded to tell me that the stuffed crust only comes in medium. And if they only come in medium why did my wife pay an extra 3 dollars to get them made in large? The problem wasn’t resolved and I told the person that I was texting that I would get corporate involved said, “ok cool”. This person’s customer service was abysmal and this person needs to be considered for termination. It was unprofessional for me to have to send pictures to an unknown number. My wife and I come to this Dominos because its been an exceptional establishment that makes their pizzas very good but today was a disappointing one, this was our dinner we were having after coming home from a funeral of our loved one only to be met with unsatisfactory service. I hope they find better employees that has an above average customer service. Corporate will be notified… thank you and have a blessed day…

I accidentally placed an order at the wrong store and realized when I went to pick up my order. Staff at Dominos Dairy Ashford were very polite and graciously gave me a refund even though my order was completed and ready. I then quickly submitted another order and made the same mistake, though was able to call up and cancel before they stated the order. Such a nice and polite crew to deal with.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 3 chicken alferedo pastas also paid for 3 dipping sauces in the side .. which were not given when we took the food home .. pasta was supposed to be just chicken but had sausage in it! Very disappointed with how careless they could be also looking at the quantity of the pasta that was given .. not even half a bowl

Never again will I order dominoes they do bare minimum and for what ? Because I got a deal on the 19.99 two medium pizzas and two breadsticks. Pizza was cold probably from an order no one picked up then common since should tell you to ask a customer if they want sauce for breadsticks m. If possible avoid this store at all cost. They drag there feet to make your order, more then 1 hr to get 2 simple pizzas out. Takes forever to be taken care of. Food cold as ice. This place needs to be inspected by a food state inspector ASAP

The drive up window is excellent for the carry out deals offered. The food is always fresh & hot! My new favorite are the lava cakes not sure why I never tried them before, but it’s a must every time now.. especially if you like chocolate. The specialty chicken is surprisingly delicious as well. I always get the pineapple jalapeño one! The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is because of one incident that wasn’t corrected. I order my usual specialty chicken and when I got home it seemed to had been missing a few chicken bites. I called and the young lady that made my pizza assured me that no had eaten any because she made it… lol..not forgiven! but the staff is super friendly and work fast. Only done delivery twice, because I live like 3 minutes away. (The last 2 pictures below are the way my order came. You can tell chicken was supposed to be there because of the grease stains.)

Order was already paid for and I tipped extra…so because the driver had a problem with someone else at this location they refuse to deliver to this address. If an order was already paid for and tipped next time just take the order…some of yall mix personal issues with some that have nothing to do with whatever happened before…some customers you wanna reach out to!
