This is the 3rd time I’ve picked up pizza there and all 3 times they’ve screwed up my order. How hard can it be to read a list of ingredients and put them on a pan of dough? I will never order there again. Save your money and buy Hunt Brothers at a convenience store! You will get better pizza!

The pizza was good but there were a couple of guys in the kitchen and we’re playing on their phones and when I asked for a fork when I told me no. And then looked at me like I was a problem. But the one of the young ladies working there, walked right next to this guy and pick up two forks and brought it to My Son and myself. , I have to admit as a business owner I would definitely consider this guy a loser and fire him immediately. He definitely is not an asset whatsoever to the company.

The Night Shift manager was really arrogant. They got my order wrong and didnt want to fix it. The pizza had vegetables on it, which i dont like. When i told them that i wanted it big they gave me a small one and it was burnt too. The manager said they coludnt do anything and just dismissed me.

I ordered a 12″ Extravaganza liht ham extra sauce. Instead of having light ham and extra sauce. It was totally the opposite. If they spend more time looking at what order has instead of laughing and joking around they would get customers order right. This is the second time I have had an order that was screwed up.

First time using Dominoes app. It wanted to charge about $16 for a large pizza. Found a coupon for $11.00. I think this is just annoying, hence the low score. Also, the tables were dirty. Also, don’t prompt me for a tip on take-out purchases, Domino’s pay your workers.

I was text that my delivery was on its way at 3:32pm a hour passed. I didn’t get a delivery. I called the number that’s listed for the manager. I told the woman who answe that my delivery was expected 30 minutes ago it had already passed a hour. She puts the driver on the phone and he said he called and no one answered. He gives me the wrong number and said that was the number on my online profile. I looked at my profile and said it’s not my number because I received a text message saying the delivery was on its way. He proceeded to lie and say he knocked on my door when he never showed up. I asked to refund my money. Many times they call to come into my gate.i asked they refund my money back to my bank. I will never buy dominos again!

Order #23 today at 1:15 pm. Thin crust, pepperoni +extra cheese. Picked it up at 1:35. Almost zero cheese. It was like saltine crackers smeared with tomato sauce. Threw the order in the trash in the Sealy park.
