The pictures that are attached is literally how I felt about my piece of even want to finish it. The pictures explained for itself, and the cinnamon bites. I didn’t want to write a review and wasn’t planning on it but the events unfolded the wrong way. I placed a delivery order last week. The driver once he got close called me asking what complex I lived in. I told him. He asked because dominos maps are messed up. I thought it was kind, thoughtful

Well I placed another order but also feared of the issue unfolding again. So before ordering I added the 4 digits extra to the zip code and in the instructions said which complex I lived in. I thought it was all fine. Until the order said delivered and I had no food. I have a doorbell camera so I knew I didn’t get the food. I called the store and they started to look into it. The person on the phone was nice and caring.
Seems great so far right? Well that’s when it all goes downhill. The driver arrives at the store insisting he delivered to me. And I knew he was lying because well I didn’t have my food. He also accidentally didn’t take a photo to his favor. So then they said they would resend the food. An order that was supposed to arrive at 7:10 then due to this issue arrive at 8. When I answered the door the person was visibly upset. Gave me a death stare. Forcibly handed me my food and receipt and walked off. No apology no words. That’s when I decided to write the review.
It was only going to be about dominos needing to update their system. But became so much more for no reason. I know it won’t hurt them. But I’ll never order from them again. It also seems like this man who delivered my food has also been reviewed negatively here before.

I was MORE THAN PLEASE to have come across this Domino’s location. The gentleman, Scott, assisted me with my order over the phone and in person. His customer service skills are by far the best I’ve experienced across multiple locations I’ve visited and it should be standard across all Domino’s. Need one of him at every location! This location is hands down, the BEST LOCATION EVER!! I consistently drive farther than I should to order from this one because the other one closer to me is not as good. My order is always prepared faster than the timeline given and someone is always at the counter to retrieve it for me quickly and with a smile. The food, is always prepared better looking than the pictures and really what more can you ask for.. it’s PERFECT! Today I got 2 stuffed cheese breads, one jalapeño and a regular, yumm yumm yummmy!

Pizza came out good! It took a while for anyone to greet me at front despite 6-10 employees seeing me. Only person who really seemed on top of it was a younger girl with a long black braid. She had to be the one to tell someone to take care of me finally. They apologized regarding wait and appreciate the patience so I didn’t know any stars for that! Unfortunately after waiting though, they still forgot the sides I paid for. Just read the receipt a little better, I hate that this has been the 4th time at this location where they forgotten the paid sauces.

The pizza dough is thin about 1/4 of an inch and slowly harden as you open it. It gets hard after 15-20 mins. I used to work for Domino’s Pizza. The thin dough maybe made from a small size dough to save costs. The 14” Brooklyn Style pizza is made from a small or medium size dough.
They are low quality doughs compare to 401 Rochelle Rd, Irving, TX 75062 and 2350 N Belt Line Rd STE 150 Irving, TX 75062. Those stores use better quality dough and they’re soft.
Estimated pick-up time 18 mins. Done in 15 mins.
The leftover pizza taste like Little Caesar’s cardboard pizza. ┻━┻︵╰(‵□′)╯︵┻━┻
