I order lunch before 12pm and was expecting my pizza to arrive at the estimated time of delivery. Now its after 1pm and the estimated delivery has changed to after 1 pm. My lunch break is over now and I’m still wondering if my pizza is going to be cold. Very poor service today!!! And now they can’t deliver on time because of phone number. What kind of policy is when your give a physical address and they say they can’t deliver to you because my phone number is unreachable! Its business not apartments or a gated community. Im pretty sure Google can find my address, especially a business that is within 10 minutes of your location. Thank you very much!!! The manager is really a great guy!!!! I mean really!!!

Pros:
1) Domino’s Pizza Tracker App can’t be beat! I love how it tells you when the pizza is on the way.
2) Never have had an order delivered that was wrong.
3) Pizza selection is wonderful! Out of all the chain restaurants, I feel Domino’s is the best. Always great taste, the flavors are good, and they are open late when other local companies are closed, and they have so many locations to choose from.
Cons:
1) Very minor complaint, but some of the cheese on the pizza was burned. If you look on the right hand side, you can see where the top has been burned a little bit.
Final Thoughts:
We really like this location. I’m glad we live this close to Domino’s, they’ve always been good to us! Only thing I wish they’d change would be adding Dr Pepper to the drink list.

This place never fails to disappoint, if you love disappointment, this is for you. The atmosphere is tense and uninviting, the complete opposite of hospitality. We ordered the New York style pizza, and got a flimsy piece of bread instead. I cannot say I wasn’t surprised. The employees fail to use safety and sanitation; from hairnets to gloves to hand washing. This location’s new slogan should be “A box of disappointment!”

Worst customer service. I ordered pickup and when I got there I was told it would be 10 more min. I waited in my car and after 10 min I went back inside and stood at the counter for 5 min before 1 of the 3 people there would even talk to me. They them said they had to remake the order and it would be another 10 min. I understand c is just making pizzas but come on.
