A young lady made the food. I got sick. She was working on the cash register and making the food. When she washed her hands she just rinsed them with water only quickly. She looked kinda young. She had the look you cant tell how old she is young or old. They do not wear gloves to make pizza. When i requested that she wore gloves i believe that made her mad. What happened when she took the pizza to the back to go in the oven i have no idea. I couldn’t see her and what she was doing from the small window up front. To make matters worst i had diarrhea the same night. I guess i should have never ordered. I pray and hope they close all fast food restaurants because this is terrible. I was there Saturday February 28th 2026. She gave me a special $7.99 large 1 topping carry out. I guess i should have known it was something fishy with that. Ordering fast food in houston is playing Russian roulette with your health. You may get good service and cleanliness and professionalism and you may not. It depends if they like you i guess. Smh

This Domino’s gave us such a bad pizza in the end. At first the delivery driver marked it as delivered when nothing was given. The lady that answered my call did help us remake the order however the new order took over an hour to get to us, watching the delivery driver literally pass my house 3 times. I had to sit in front of my driveway so they wouldn’t make the same mistake again. Once I got the pizza, it looked like someone threw up all over it, missing toppings on more than a third of the pizza.

Decided to switch my locations up, and you bet I will NEVER do that again. Coming from someone who is a store manager for a local thriving retail parts store; not once did the lady attempt or try and accommodate me for what was missing. When I asked a question about it, the response was given to the employee by the “manager” with such sarcasm and loudly enough to where everyone could hear it. Not only did I feel like they tried to make me look stupid but was also super rude about it. I will be switching back to my other location. I will sacrifice a few extra miles down the road if it means we will receive good customer service

1 star is too much. I won’t be going back to this Domino’s again. It has been too many times I have accepted bad costumer service, and the pizza is always missing toppings. I ordered a Pacific veggie and it was missing 3 toppings!! 3!! I didn’t see any onions, red peppers, and fetta cheese. It was basically spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms, and I was still charged regular price… very dishonest from them. There are more Domino’s in the area I can go to.
